Monthly Rentals in Shell Point Village

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a total of 10 weeks with absolutely no regrets and returning next year for another 10 weeks. Safe & quiet neighbourhood, two marinas close by with bike trails near by, nice view on the canal with dolphins/manatees, great fishing, nice heated pool, clean garage with ample parking space and the place was SUPER clean upon our arrival. Can't say enough how pleased we have been and Samantha is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. If we could, we would rate 5 stars + Thank you Samantha !

Annette’s home was beautiful, it’s the best equipped and cleanest Airbnb that I’ve ever been to. The space itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, fresh linens and towels, and extra sheets. You can tell Annette really care’d about creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. The bed was really comfortable, and the place had all the little touches that make a big difference, fast Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, quality toiletries, blackout curtains, and Annette even sent me a list of a local recommendations. It was quiet and peaceful, and centrally located. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one truly stands out. If you’re lucky enough to see this listing available, book it without hesitation!
