Monthly Rentals in Shelbyville

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

Perfect place/location/peixe for qhat we needed and will definitely be staying there again. Keep your expectations for the age of the building, location (being downtown shelbyville), and price and you wont be disappointed. The building has wear and tear but nothing that made the stay any less comfortable. My fur baby appreciated it too.

The apartment was very clean and a cute spot to spend a couple days while my 2 competitive swimming teenagers were competing in Franklin. Perfect accommodations. But what set it apart even more was the fabulous customer service from Rusty and Brittany! We had some conflicts and requests before and during our stay. ( all ours not Rusty's) But Rusty was amazing accommodating our special situation. He was wonderful and made the weekend so much easier trying to deal with swimmers schedules! Thank you SO much. We really appreciated it. Please support this owner's lovely apartment in this small town if you ever have the chance.

Janeene was awesome. I went outside to work a bit and struck up a conversation with her. She was very present. I knew she would respond to anything I needed. The house was very well stocked with toiletries and even some snacks. I highly recommend this air bnb.
