This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Our family of 16 had an amazing stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious—no one ever felt crowded—and perfectly set up for a large group. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and made the stay feel like a true getaway. There were plenty of common areas for meals and games, and each room was comfortable and private. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun space!

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

The 4 grandkids wanted to stay 3 months! The pool and room to accommodate our kids and their families was the reason we booked for a week! There is so much room, we didn’t feel on top of each other and there were so many things to do with games and if wanting to watch different tv shows on different levels. Close to wonderful parks for kiddos and close to stores. I’m so glad we were able to book this. Zachary was a super great host!!! He is very responsive! If we were to come out this way again as a large group, I would definitely book again!.

Everything was just great. Will definitely stay here again, next time I am in town. Would recommend Olivia’s place to everyone visiting the area.

My wife and I chose to stay here for the night for our KC outing. What a great find! The place was absolutely spotless, and matched the pictures. It was in a great central location. We were impressed! Within 10-20 minutes we could be at everything we wanted to do, and come back to relax for a little while. Downtown location near all the restaurants, and cute shops. This location would be perfect for a cool summer day, relax on the either of the porches. 10/10. Enjoyed our stay!

We came in for the Yankees-Royals game and Becky’s place had everything we needed. It was even better than the pictures. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to anyone else needing a place to stay in the KC area!

Cool mid-century modern house in quiet neighborhood with a couple of walkable restaurants and bars, which was great for us. Near the route of the old Santa Fe Trail and old-town Overland Park. House is quite spacious with the upstairs master bedroom and a basement with privacy and two good-sized bedrooms. Would stay there again for sure.

This is a wonderful and very walkable neighborhood. There was plenty or space and a delightful rain shower. I will note that there are some steep stairs on the way down to the basement apartment which were carpeted so they offered protection from slipping. You just have to be aware and pay attention. Lovely stay, great communicators and it was nice to have a full kitchen and fridge.

The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every corner reflects care and attention to detail. What our kids enjoyed the most was the bunk bed with the slide it was the highlight of the trip for them! They’re still talking about “the house with the slide.” Demetria was an exceptional host kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We leave with beautiful memories and deep gratitude. Without a doubt, we would stay here again a hundred times over! Highly recommended.

We stayed at this house for a PBR baseball tournament. Location was great, very convenient and accessible. House is an older home that has been updated in an older neighborhood…very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Place is as described. Had a group of 5 in town for the weekend. We didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen was nice and had basics for eating in. Had washer, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, iron, hair dryer, make up remover, plenty of towels and extra blankets. All the beds were really comfy! There were some puzzles which we actually did complete during an early night in! We didn't explore the neighborhood or anything but on Saturdays they have a farmers market about a 10 min walk away! Would've went but it rained that morning for us. Parking was good, was able to fit 3 cars. Quiet neighborhood. We had the house alarm and garage alarm go off on us on accident! Lesley was able to help us out on that. Overall nice place. Would come back if I am back in Overland Park.

I absolutely loved the neighborhood super quiet and safe. bedside are comfy kitchen is stocked well...we can't wait to come back to this beautiful gem of a home on our next run thru kc... Thanks once again and I will tell my friends and family about yall too...take care!!

The only negative of the whole experience was the close proximity to the train but ear plugs were provided. Otherwise, it was great!

The house was very comfortable clean and in a very quite neighborhood The house was worth the price all appliance worked and everything was very comfortable Would stay at this Air bnb anytime I was in the area

We had a great stay at Mindy's home. It was a perfect location for our weekend activities and comfortable for 4 guests. We had an issue where we lost the wi-fi connection on the second morning of our stay. Mindy was on it and responded within 10 minutes. After some troubleshooting via the Airbnb app, Mindy asked for permission to stop by to try to resolve the issue. We said no problem as we were going to be out of the home, and the issue (initiated by us as guests) was resolved within an hour of the time we left the home. Great responsiveness, thank you for a nice stay!

A weekday trip to Kc was on agenda. Looking for a place last minute and it wasnt looking good, until i searched Airbnb. This place was great. Despite being the Only available option, it didnt fall short of being the right place.

House was as described-plenty of space to live, eat and sleep. Our grandkids really enjoyed the indoor playhouse and the outside hot tub. And the swings on the island! The decor is very attractive and beds and bathrooms comfortable. We had a maintenance problem and the owners were super responsive. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is about 25-30 minutes away from most attractions but the drive was easy and the roomy quiet setting was worth the drive each day. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food close to the house. I would definitely recommend this home.

Jon & Nora’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to gather for a long weekend! We liked being in Olathe in the privacy of a home but still close to all that KC and the surrounding areas have to offer! The house itself is incredible! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and they have thought of everything! Our kids had so much fun playing in the game room and watching movies in the theater or playing the arcade games! There’s also a playroom with a baby gate which was so helpful for our very active 15 month old! We ate dinner on the back porch and loved the big open kitchen to prepare meals. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for our large family. Our kids are already saying they can’t wait to return to the “blue house” and we are so thankful to Jon & Nora for being such wonderful hosts!
