We had a great stay at this chalet. The environment is very quiet and relaxing, if we could have stayed longer, we would have! The listing was as described. Kayaks and pedal boats are perfect for a short trip on the lake! Antoine was very responsive and available. Thanks for the great stay!!

Was a very beautiful and comfortable space. Looks even better in person than the photos! We were able to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. The kitchen had everything you need to cook all your meals. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!

What a great spot - so peaceful. The house is enormous, inviting, and comfortable. It was just me staying there for one night so way more house than I needed, but it beat the heck out of a hotel for the night. Despite the odd knicks and scratches of an older home, the place is wonderfully clean and the bed I slept in was very comfy - ah the silence of the countryside with the window wide open.

Me and my family had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The home was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I could have asked for. Waking up to the stunning view of Lake Chenin from the house was truly a highlight and made the experience even more special. The house was equipped with everything and anything you need and had all amenities .The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like a home away from home. would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and cozy gateway

We loved our weekend at this cottage, we recommend it 100% if you want a relaxing time in nature, you can't go wrong, it's the perfect place, very quiet. Great location with the river around the chalet. The chalet is super nice and well decorated, very well equipped with everything you need. Also the host responds very quickly which is a +. We will definitely go back and don't hesitate to rent this chalet, go for it, you won't be disappointed!

The place was super cozy and had a really welcoming vibe—just perfect for a summer break. Also, Sophie was a great host, always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. I hope to find the cabin in future as well for my next visit.

We were lucky enough to stay at this cottage and it was an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Nancy and her spouse, hosts of rare kindness and exemplary dedication. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Always available and attentive, they did not hesitate to lend us personal belongings, to help us in different situations and to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Their generosity and hospitality really marked our time here. Beyond their incredible helpfulness, they are people of great sympathy, with whom it is simply nice to exchange and share moments. Thanks to them, our stay was even more memorable. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a beautiful place with exceptional hosts. Fantastic cabin retreat in the fall for visiting family in the area. The river is beautiful and accessible from the dock. The stairs to the dock need repair but we were able to enjoy non-the-less. Superb rental! We hope to return someday!

We stayed at Anthony's for two nights, it went very well. We were happy to be able to enjoy the hot tub in the sun after a day of cycling in the surroundings: very beautiful! The area is very quiet and the neighborhood is very cozy. We were disappointed to realize that the lake shown in the photo is not accessible directly from the cottage (access not far away), and the screen of the video projector was broken. We didn't mind but the rooms are “open” so there isn't much privacy upstairs. I recommend for a weekend if you are looking for calm and rest.

We really anjoyed our stay. Ashley was super responsive, kind, and very helpful. The place was really nice, well equipped, and really clean. The hot tub was great and the patio next to the river was a great place to hang out!

What a beautiful chalet!! It had almost every single thing we could've possibly needed. Secluded, far away neighbours (exactly what we were looking for). Gorgeous hot tub, cozey and clean kitchen, living room. Had 1 issue with the lock combination not working, but didn't last too long. Living room bug screen had holes, and there were dirty "leftovers" in the washing machine's filter from previous guests (floss stick, hairs). Otherwise, very clean!! Several towels available after all, so we didn't have to bring our own. LOTS OF MOSUITOS & INSECTS!! Please come prepared lol. Overall super happy with our stay, very very nice cottage, sould love to go back during another season with less bugs. Merci Daniel! :)

the cottage is perfect, even more beautiful than in the photos! my little family and I loved our stay, everything was perfect, very clean, the hosts did not spare on the details and luxury! full kitchen, electric curtain, the rooms were impeccable and so cozy, and what to say about the view! breathtaking!!! beginning of the season for us so a lot of mosquitoes, bring you the mosquito repellent, perfect 😆🙃weekend, perfect cottage ❤️
