Stayed in Caboose 26 & really envied it! The views of the mountains are every bit as beautiful in person as in the photos. The dining car was a great surprise - they have live music every day at 5:30, and quite an extensive and good menu. Overall really impressed with this place!

Toot Toot! We were all aboard with this amazing stay!! What a fun little dream come true to spend a night in an actual caboose! The interior was stunning with all its woodwork and having coffee in the cupola was just wonderful. The attention to details such as the old photos and plaques just made it that much more of a joyful stay as you learn the history associated with the car. The grounds are also part of the experience as you walk along the stream that runs through the yard with lots to see. Even just sitting outside your car the air is filled with nostalgia and the sound of the river that runs along side the property. Listen for the frog’s!! Sadly the restaurant was closed during our stay but worked out to be a happy happenstance as we discovered one of the most amazing burger shops we have ever been to, Yaks on I-5. Be sure to try the ribs too!! If you love trains, spend a night!! We truly recommend it!! We loved it! All aboard!!

Loris, place is beyond amazing! I’ve stayed at plenty of Air B&B’s but this one stood out by far! From the prestine home to the beautifull outdoors and nature it is truely a breathtaking view and stay. The lake, the hot tub, nature, cleanliness, the kitches, the amenities , and everything in between make Lori’s place a true and unbelievable experience! Dont hesitate to book or reach out to Lori for she is responsive and has a great home!

We loved our stay. We felt right at home and were very comfortable. The yard was beautiful having coffee outside each morning was a treat. We would definitely stay here again

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

This was an amazing family trip. The house is right on the lake and there were deer every morning. Lori was very helpful and had everything laid out for us.

This house was amazing, one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. It had everything you could possibly want in a lakeside getaway. The space and layout was perfect for two families of for with young kids. Given all the amenities included, it was a great value and super easy to relax and enjoy the location. Lori was a great host too, always responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the well equipped deck for all dinners and was able to stay warm on cooler nights with the heat lamps. The hot tub was a great location, away from other houses; it was also very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and well stocked (had the sharpest knives!) I appreciated all the little details that made the house amazing...from custom local artwork to the fully loaded welcome basket. We will be back again!

Karen’s home was incredible for our group. The hot tub was clean and easy to use along with the sauna which had the most majestic view. We had a blast watching the deer, rabbits and birds from the deck! The house had plenty of linens and space for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and cooking every meal at the house. Overall it was a really beautiful and unique spot with a ethereal magical touch!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The perfect cosy place for our family Thanksgiving. Michael welcomed us in person, showed us around the place and was available for anything we needed. Great place, great host!

We had a very nice stay. It was a quiet cozy cabin. The cabin had all the room and amities we were looking for. We were close to Lassen Volcanic Park which was the reason we chose this cabin. The host stayed in touch to help answer any questions we had.

Dans place has fast become our favorite. Well furnished, well kept, and well supplied kitchen. Backyard is garden like. Fully fenced our dogs really enjoyed every inch. Recommend to all. We will be back! Thanks Dan and Julie

We had a wonderful stay at Meghan’s cabin. It’s in a beautiful area too. Meghan was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond when we had car troubles. We cannot thank her enough for a great stay and for all her help!

This is the third time we have spent time in Lisa's cozy cabin, as Dunsmuir is an ideal stop for us en route to our son in Portland. We love it! Although we never play any of the games she has provided, we love the comfortable bed, the shower amenities, and (at Christmastime) the Christmas tree! Lisa was particularly accommodating this time, as I had forgotten to mention our pet when we signed up. PS Pizza Factory in town = great pizza!

This was my first time staying at Nicky's cabin and my experience was nothing but positive. Check-in was a breeze and the instruction provided was clear. The cabin was clean and very well kept. It has everything one will need to feel at home. It was in the 90s during my stay there and the AC unit (although only one) was sufficient to cool the entire place. The surrounding was peaceful and serene; having a morning cup of coffee on the deck surrounded by tall pine trees was the highlight of every day. I will highly recommend anyone visiting Mt Shasta to stay here.

Amazing place! Serene and beautiful, it's a cabin straight from a fairy tale. If you want to just disconnect from the world but still have all the comforts - this is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again.

Katie’s property is a slice of heaven on earth. This is the third time my family has stayed in one of Katie’s cottages and we would never dream of staying anywhere else when we go to Lewiston. The cottages are immaculate and the grounds are beautiful. My 7 year old is obsessed with the zip line, the cats, and all the magical things on the property. The last time I stayed at Katie’s place, I had a family emergency and Katie went way above and beyond to offer support during a difficult time. Katie is a rare gem — she’s one of the kindest most generous people you’ll ever meet. By far our favorite Airbnb!

We had a great stay at this mid-century home in Redding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cool retro vibe that made it feel unique. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great find, very friendly staff. The restaurant was nice and tasty. The park was spread out enough feel private but close enough to walk around.

great place to stay and for all who ride dirt bikes you cant find anything better we are all very happy with this place and plan on making it an annual event.

Kristin’s place is a relaxing, organized, clean and comfortable stay. The home is on a quiet street lined with big trees in a peaceful neighborhood. Everything was clean and well organized. The home felt cheery, warm and inviting. We had so much fun in the pool, looking through old records (for the record player), eating dinner outside on the porch, and watching movies on the sofa and comfortable chairs. I wish we could have spent the whole summer there! In my opinion, the only things to keep in mind is the pool is not fenced in. So if you have littles, you may need to keep a close eye on them. And conveniently there are lifejackets/puddle jumpers in the closet in one of the bedrooms. And if anyone visiting has impaired mobility, there is a ramp from the garage to the garage door to avoid entering by stairs through the front door. And the back porch has a ramp to the pool area but it feels a bit unstable and hopefully will be repaired soon. Hope that info helps! 💛

Our kids loved the open expanse for play, the rec room and the pool. We stayed in the Cedar house, which Debbie generously offered to us in order to allow us to be closer to our friends staying in the big houses. The kitchen was well stocked with all essential cookware. The home was clean and comfortable and well suited for families. Debbie was communicative and so helpful. Definitely recommend for large groups, and close to lots of fun activities nearby.
