Nice location and We had a great stay and our hod Rosamund is responsive. Beach is in walking distance with great locale food options.

Lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated. Stephen showed me around and explained where everything was. Very well located, plenty of eateries literally around the corner. My only regret was that we were only there the one night. Plan to visit the area again and this Airbnb will top on my list.

Very nice hotel, with great rooms with all the comforts in need. Great location and warm welcome, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again

The place is absolutely beautiful. A very very well run B&B. Everything’s laid out/explained, easy-to-read instructions for different things (wifi, local transport, small on-site bar & snack boxs etc). The breakfast is fantastic, rooms are incredibly clean (& modern) and overall a very well run establishment.

With the location of the hotel right in the middle of the New Forest it is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel room itself was spotless and exactly as described; there was really nothing to fault. Very happy to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely place to stay and the perfect place for the Southampton marathon weekend!
