We had a great stay, the house was very spacious and the pool was amazing. Fergal was very responsive and if we had questions would always reply back promptly which was great. Thanks for a great stay.

I only stayed a short time at Fatih’s place, but during this time, both the host and the accommodation exceeded expectations. Fatih was warm and welcoming, showed us around the house, and even offered recommendations for the city and its attractions. All in all, the stay was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Every room had an AC, which made sleeping in the comfortable beds even more enjoyable. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained, with a grill, a pool, and a cozy sitting area. To sum up, I would highly recommend Fatih and his hospitality to anyone looking for a genuine Airbnb experience in this beautiful town.

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

The house was perfectly clean, the garden was nice and quiet, and the pool was cleaned everyday. We felt at home and will be back as soon as possible. I even told my wife I was going to ask for an option to buy the place.

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

The place is very calm and peaceful. I think it is perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Of course, it is a little far from the city center. There are places that are not asphalt due to the roads. If we ignore it, I think it is a nice place. There may be some problems due to the roads for those looking for night entertainment, but since we do not go out at night, it is very quiet and the weather is very nice. Everything is clean and the employees there, Ms. Mine, are very good. There are two employees. They are also very friendly and good people. By the way, do not forget to take insect repellent with you. Note: I noticed that there are 2 dogs left there. Poor dogs, please let's not forget them and feed them. Those who abandoned them should be ashamed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

What an amazing stay!! We came from the Uk to celebrate my Sons 5th birthday & i am so glad i went ahead with this villa when i was looking for a home away from home. We booked for 9 people and the space was beautiful, clean and elegant. The host is extremely responsive & Kind, she made our lives so much easier, from suggestions re: decoration lady for my sons birthday, to giving us a whole planned itinenary for the duration of our trip, everything just went extremely smooth & we are glad we came across such a lovely host. She was also flexible with checkout times as our flight was not till later in the evening. Thank you once again and if we were to ever visit Fethiye again, i'd be rebooking with your lovely Villa.

The house is the same as in the photos. He was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Everything we needed was available at home and the kitchenware was clean. During the stay, our kitchen tube ran out and Mr. Metehan immediately provided a new one quickly. A quiet neighborhood in terms of location, central, very close to everywhere. It met our expectations and we had a nice holiday as a family.

Mr. Ömür is a very caring, kind and helpful person. Before the stay, he sent the necessary information and directions by message. We found the house very easily thanks to the image he sent. The whole house was clean. The items were quite new and useful. We were able to find everything we needed at home. We were surprised that it was so well-equipped. The garden and balcony were very clean and useful. (There are barbecue equipment and bench sets that you can use in the garden. We didn't have time to use it.) We had a comfortable accommodation experience in our own house. If we happen to be in Fethiye again, we would like to stay in this house again. We thank Mr. Ömür for everything.

Our host was amazing so responsive to any messages we sent, helped with taxis and recommendations! The house is beautiful there was 6 of us it’s very modern and comfortable but I would say they stairs could be not suitable for you by children or older people but for us it was perfect! The pool area was cleaned most days and it truly made our holiday very special ! Thanks again emre

We simply loved our stay in this fantastic bungalow in Çalış! The accommodation is a real insider tip: quietly located, but at the same time in the middle of life. You can walk to the promenade in a few minutes, to great cafes, small boutiques, supermarkets or restaurants right on the water, and yet in the evening you can only hear the gentle rustling of the trees. The highlight for us was the beautifully landscaped garden with absolute privacy. Everything seems lovingly thought out. Like the stylish whirlpool, where we ended the day in the evening. Especially nice: the outdoor projector! We wouldn't need this so often, but it's nice to have. :) We had a visit from the family for a barbecue, for which the garden was also great. The bungalow is modern, clean and cosily furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. Ahmet was super helpful, gave us great local tips and was immediately available for questions and comments. A great recommendation in Fethiye

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

We stayed in an apartment very close to the center but very quiet and calm, with a wonderful view. Our host Fahri Can and his family were very caring and helpful. The decoration and furnishings of the house are exactly as shown, and there is nothing missing. Thank you very much.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic place. I didn’t actually believe it for the cost until we arrived. It’s simply stunning. The agency arranged a nice big air con’d Mercedes minibus for us, drinks in taxi provided. 1 hr roughly from Dalaman. The villa is nicely away from the busy area up above. I don’t know what another review is talking about that it’s a busy road, it’s certainly not. The electric gate off the key ring opened to greet us with a beautiful place of our own for 10 days. Huge tv (we’re not out every evening with our daughter in bed) and the owner even came round and helped us fit the fire stick. Nice showers, good washer and dish washer. The side pool is freezing (in May) but the main pool was perfectly cool. Good showers and toilets. Took me 5 days to realise all toilets in turkey have a bidet function lol. Taxi button 50 yards to right of the gate from outside. We will be back. We honestly can’t offer improvement aside from make the small side pool heated, even slightly!

Perfect property for our stay in Turkey . We come to Turkey twice a year and we had 16 days in Merve’s bungalow. It is the best AirBnB we have stayed in ! Comfortable , homely, amazing swimming pool and had everything we needed. Short drive into Fethiye and up to Üzümlü. It’s helpful to have a car . Thank you Merve. We will be back !

Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. I was very undecided whether to leave feedback on our stay for fear that in the future it would become an accommodation that is always occupied, but I couldn't help but give it my best... it was a fantastic experience and the host was always friendly and kind. Congratulations, keep it up

We stayed at Ozans place for 3 days and had a great time. It is in a quiet neighborhood and also not far from the beach

The house is beautiful, we had a perfect 4 night stay! The house matches the photos perfectly and we can even say that it is more beautiful in reality. We loved the private side of the accommodation, not overlooked which allowed us to enjoy the pool with our children in peace. A big thank you to our host, who was able to advise us and responded quickly to our questions. We'll definitely be back next year!

My family and I had an extremely peaceful and nice time. The house was so beautiful that we didn't want to leave the house. It was close to everything you could visit in that area for transportation. It was great to wake up to the sound of the morning. The host was incredibly caring and as perfect as the inside of the house, thank you and everyone. Our 3-year-old son was crying because he didn't want to leave here when he left, which was the only bad thing:)

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip — including our baby nephews. The hosts provided baby cots and high chairs, which made things so much easier for us. The location is great, with shops within walking distance and a lovely marina area with restaurants just 10 minutes away. The Wi-Fi only worked in the downstairs portion of the house, but honestly, it encouraged us to disconnect a bit more and enjoy our holiday — not necessarily a bad thing! One of the showers had low water pressure, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Onur was a fantastic host — super responsive and helpful, always replying within minutes. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely book again!
