Thank you, Ergun, for a delightful stay! The self-contained unit was incredibly comfortable—so much so that we decided to extend our stay by another three nights. We recommend having a vehicle to explore the nearby areas, such as Ölüdeniz and Fethiye Beach. Other than that, the accommodation is perfect for couples. Highly recommended!

Staying at Mutlu's place was an absolute treat. Mutlu's hospitality was exceptional, thanks to his incredible kindness and willingness to help with any needs or issues. The staff take great care of the pool and grounds, keeping everything spotless and inviting. Mutlu's advice was invaluable, especially his insights on getting a car – a must-have. The stunning mountain views surrounding the property were breathtaking. Our stay happened to coincide with a week and a half of unexpected rain, making us wish we could've stayed longer to soak up the sunshine. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay feel cozy and relaxing. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the pool and sauna are fantastic. The area is very peaceful and private. The villa is very tastefully decorated with high end furnishings. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Mutlu for a superb stay.

Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. It was a smooth stay. It was quite good in terms of cleanliness. Everything you need is available. I recommend it with peace of mind.

Very far from city center, so it is a good choice if you are staying longer than a day or two. The house is very small but perfect for a couple. Coffee maker, but no coffee, no drinking water, no tea bags. The roosters are LOUD and started crowing at 1:30 am! Ahmet. his mom and dad were very attentive to our needs.

Baris's house is special, an old, very nicely renovated house with an annex and swimming pool. It is tastefully decorated. We particularly liked the furniture made of old wood by a carpenter. Everything is very well maintained and clean. It is conveniently located in a small place, is very quiet and you have your privacy. There are good opportunities for shopping and dining on site. From there, diverse excursions to the surrounding area are possible. By car, you can quickly get to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye. We enjoyed our stay and thank Baris for his hospitality.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Filiz for her wonderful hospitality. We stayed in a villa with everything from A to Z. It was clean, peaceful and fun. There are plenty of tools in the kitchen. They have extras other than what they should be.(Spices-sugar-salt-turkish coffee) You will not want to leave this environment and go down to the city center, but if you still want to go, it is 10 minutes to Kalkan center. If I were to go back next week, I would still prefer the same place, I could never get enough. In addition, Ms. Filiz provides flexibility according to availability at the check-in time. Thank you for your work and your heart.

A great apartment with loads of good places to eat nearby. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. My daughter swam in the pool!

Wonderful and stylish place. We had a good time and felt at home. Ilk Ay is an excellent, polite and accommodating host. The surroundings are a little noisy, but bearable with the window closed. It had everything we needed.

Mr. Cenk and his wife, Ms. Müge, were very caring, polite hosts. The house was very tastefully furnished, all the needs were considered and immaculate. The pool and garden were cleaned every morning by Mr. Cenk. The location of the house is great, there is a grocery store and greengrocer right across. There's a place to eat and breakfast next door. Fethiye center takes 20 minutes by car. They told us nicely about the places to visit and swim in the sea. We had a great seven days. Thanks for everything.

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Ece's place was friendly and welcoming. She was always there to help when needed. Nice place for the price it is charged. It's close to many local shops and the beach.

The location of the house was beautiful. They were clear and hungry for the questions I asked before booking. The location of the villa was perfect for access everywhere. The villa is the same as the photo, If you want to spend a peaceful holiday, it is the right choice. We were very satisfied, would recommend to everyone

Thank you so much to Ms. Naciye for sharing her really stylish and useful house with us. Our house was really like the home of someone we know, away from commercial activity. Everything was sparkling clean including the drawers. He understood our later guests, which were considered to be Emrivaki, and we did not lack the slightest. The location was great, you go to the beach in 7 minutes by car, you can get to the markets for 2-3 minutes. It was a great house, away from the humidity, away from the noise of the city, but right next to it, I would like to share that there are breaks on the internet regionally. If I go again, I will definitely not look for a house, thank you so much Ms. Naciye.

Beautiful and cozy home, everything you need. The hostess provided an additional baby bed and a chair for feeding at our request. A large supermarket is within walking distance. The hostess organized a transfer from the airport, the price is reasonable. Thank you very much

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa. Would have liked to stay longer, but only found it at the last minute and unfortunately it was already booked for extra dates. The pictures actually don’t do this Villa justice. It was lovely and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Having the TV channels meant I didn’t miss too much of the Olympics either. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a five minute walk to grocery shops and local restaurants, which we found to be great value. It took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the seafront at Calis with a lot of restaurant and shop choices. We loved the water taxi that took a 30min trip to Fetiye. Our communication with Bob was excellent, always quick to respond and very informative. I would highly recommend this Villa and we really hope we get to come back again in the future.

Abdullah and his wife were amazing hosts, they were extremely responsive and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures and very clean. The area was peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains, it was also a very safe neighbourhood. Central Fetihye was a 10/15 minute drive and all the shops and touristy bits were there.

As a sea lover, it was pleasant to open my eyes to the sea view when I woke up in the morning.🩵 The Devrim Bey's house, which I preferred due to its location, was peaceful.One of the things I paid ⚓️ most attention to, the linens were spotless and ironed.🫧 A thoughtfully prepared house.💐

The stay we made in March 2025 as a family was very peaceful. The garden forehead and the tiny park put in our baby were very enjoyable. We would like to thank Ms. Aybüke and Mr. Turgay for their hospitality. Since the weather was bad, the extra helpfulness they offered was also very valuable to us. Thank you Ms. Melek and her family. We were welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner. The house was the 3rd floor of a 3-story apartment building on their own lot. There is a country garden restaurant on the bottom floor that they run. 2. And there is 1 apartment which is quite spacious on the 3rd floor. You absolutely need a car to get to the sea. Grocery stores require a car.
