Beachfront holiday rental in Seydikemer

I would 100% recommend this listing. The value for money is unbeatable, the villa was perfect, very clean and perfectly arranged. The staff is very friendly and friendly and always accommodating to leave things before check-in etc. The location is perfect to go to the beach and restaurant in the evening on foot. Go ahead without hesitation.

Where to start, Ekin is by far the best host I have came across on Airbnb - he is kind, friendly and goes above and beyond for guests! The place is beautiful with a stunning garden to catch the morning sunshine, it is very clean and tidy, matching the description and photos - the only difference is the sofa has moved, I can honestly say I feel at home here and the vibe is very cosy and homely! He has ensured I have all I need as well as even allowing me to use his bike when needed. The location is nice as it’s not right in the mix of things, but is a short escoot/taxi ride into Fethiye centre… even walkable if you’d like to take in the lovely surroundings more - no more than a 5/10 minute walk to Çalis beachfront too! I have decided to extend my stay here due to how comfortable I feel here - thankyou Ekin! You are much appreciated.

The house itself is really nice and clean. The outside area is well-maintained. Pool is clean and doesn’t smell of chlorine - kids loved it! The beds were comfortable, and showers were powerful. Each bedroom has a balcony; all are en-suite except for the ground-floor room, which has a bathroom with a shower next door. We tried to use the sauna, and Firat kindly provided instructions, but it didn’t get warm enough. The only downside is that the kitchen isn’t very well equipped. With three young kids, we had evening meals at home and used the kitchen. While there are enough pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses, some basics are missing—like oven mitts, kitchen towels, wine glasses. I would also provide washing-up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets and some water for those who arrive late and without car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—it’s excellent value for money. Firat was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

The location of the house was really great, we had a peaceful and calm four days. The pool was cleaned every day, which was very important to us. The house had everything you might need, it was thought out to the iron. Thank you to Ms. Zehra for her hospitality.

The house itself is stunning, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and flexible, which we greatly appreciated. However, while we didn't encounter any issues, it's worth noting that the area can feel a bit unsettling at night if there are only girls staying. Would recommend this home to a group for its comfort, aesthetics, and exceptional host.

This was my first experience of using an Airbnb. Thanks to Ovel the host the standard has been set. The house location was perfect, the shared pool was great for socialising with other families and the communication from Ovel was outstanding. The house was no frills which more than suited us as we only really used it for sleeping as we were out everyday. Plenty to do in the area with most things walkable. If we come back to Turkey we will more than likely use this location again.

Our stay at Darusselam was very pleasent. House was well-equiped, clean, comfortable and big enough for six people. Pool was great. Metin was very attentive and friendly and always ready to help. Internet was a bit slow and sometimes not very reliable, but it's more like region problem. We would definitely recommend this place to a big groups and families for a peaceful and joyful vacation.

The location of the house, the convenience, the pool, the ease of transportation were perfect with everything. We felt at home. The occasional smell from the bathroom is a problem of the site, but we did not have any problems as long as the ventilation worked. Fethiye will always be special to us.

Overall, we were happy with our visit. We only understood that there were 3 bathrooms on the ad, but there was 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms/toilets. When it came from the sea, there was a bit of a row of bathrooms, because one of the bathrooms was inside the room and used that bathroom and the other was a shared bathroom. It was the lack of dish soap, tablets, hand soap, toilet paper, which I can count as missing in the house. But visitors are expected to bring this as it is usually a long-term stay. When I asked if there was anything missing in advance, it could have been informed. The room, which appears as 2 single beds, is very small, you can consider it. Since there was no trash near the house, I bagged all our garbage and took it out in front of the door. There were very clear instructions in the house about this, we were asked to take out the garbage, but since the house was already cleaned after us, it would make sense to have the garbage removed in the cleanliness. Overall we were very satisfied. We had a great time collectively. The amenities of the house were sufficient for 6-8 people. thanks Peter and Desree

Great stay for those who like the camping experience but would prefer something more comfortable. Will come again!!

Mr. Ali Fuat responded to all our messages very quickly. She met us at the house the day we checked in. He gave us a detailed description of everything about the house, places to visit, places to eat. We did not have any problems finding and using the house. When we needed something, Mr. Ali Fuat was immediately helpful. The house has everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean the day we checked in. Nothing that bothered us. There are two air conditioners in the house and it is enough to cool every side of the house. The house is 15 minutes by walk to Calis beach, 5 minutes by car. The location is very peaceful and quiet. All the grocery stores that will be your Ihyac are 2 minutes away. There are also numerous eateries in the vicinity. The minibuses going to the city center pass very close to the house. The Ölüdeniz boat tour agency is across the house and if you want to take a boat tour, they pick you up almost in front of the house by shuttle. We were very pleased. We also didn't have any issues checking out. Mr. Ali Fuat is a very kind and caring gentleman. I recommend.

As a group of 7 (2 adults and 5 teens) Villa Myra was perfect! it was spacious enough to give us all access to amenities and privacy. Situated within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants of Çaliş beach, but also a little shop selling all essentials right opposite. We loved the pool, which was a great bonus during such a hot spell. Halis was incredibly helpful and responsive. He organised our airport transfer with Posh Travel (excellent service) and could not have been more accommodating around our later checkout. Our first family holiday in Turkey and it was fantastic! Everyone we met was so friendly. We will be back. The water taxi to Fethiye is a must. Thank you Halis!

This is a very good place. Honestly what can I say: all the hotels and private houses/rooms/apartments around Fethiye and Oludeniz is very-very expensive and doesn’t match their rates and prices. Because of touristy there. But that caravan - this is the pleasure. You have all You need: hot water, fridge, dishes, propane tank to cook out something. More than it - You get privacy and 100% Your own place right at the beach. I cannot imagine what can be better. Absolutely recommended!
