Apartment on the second floor of a villa located 1,500 metres above sea level, offering stunning views of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 metres, from which, on clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Casa Sabry: Tre Cime, UNESCO Dolomites for families

Spacious apartment in Gera, Val Comelico, overlooking the Tre Terze and the Popera group. It offers 2 double bedrooms with an additional single bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a full kitchen. A few minutes from Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO), paths of the Great War, ski facilities of Sappada, Padola and Sesto, saunas and swimming pools of Sesto and San Candido, and Lake Braies. Perfect for families and nature lovers.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
