The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The accommodation is on the ground floor of a private house with a garden overlooking Lake Caldonazzo available to guests. The lake can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. Nearby is Levico Terme and its lake. In the winter season, it offers a strategic base for lovers of Christmas markets. Half an hour's drive from the ski slopes. 15 minutes by car from Trento.

A fenced and private dog area (620 square meters) is available and included in the price. Outdoor barbecue available.

The Bivouac Apartment - Tre Cime - Dolomites

The apartment takes its name from the prestigious reconstruction project of the Fanton Bivouac in Forcella Marmarole in Auronzo, inaugurated in 2021. A very large room has a double bed set in a bridge wardrobe with a low ceiling while, in the space opposite, I obtained that my brother carpenter made a wooden structure that reproduces the unique experience of sleeping in a bivouac. Particularly suitable for families with children. Come on!

Appartamento con magnifica vista lago al piano rialzato di una villetta, completo di elettrodomestici, stoviglie, utensili, cucina e pentolame, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e prima pulizia. È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq. La casa è nuova e alcune finiture secondarie verranno via via ultimate.
