Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 minutes from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. From the large window of the Friland cottage, the view opens out over the Tagliamento River and the Val d’Arzino, which in winter become even more stark and tranquil, amidst clear sunrises and sunsets characterised by cool, intense colours. In the winter skies, with a bit of luck, you might catch a glimpse of the Eurasian eagle-owls and griffon vultures soaring from the nearby Lake Cornino Nature Reserve. Here the silence surrounds every moment, inviting you to slow down and regain your natural rhythm.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Casa Sabry: Tre Cime, UNESCO Dolomites for families

Spacious apartment in Gera, Val Comelico, overlooking the Tre Terze and the Popera group. It offers 2 double bedrooms with an additional single bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a full kitchen. A few minutes from Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO), paths of the Great War, ski facilities of Sappada, Padola and Sesto, saunas and swimming pools of Sesto and San Candido, and Lake Braies. Perfect for families and nature lovers.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Typical mountain house, centrally located a few hundred meters from the main square of Auronzo di Cadore and next to all services (shops, church, museum, public transport) but, at the same time, in an isolated position at the edge of a forest of centuries-old fir trees. Set on a raised hill, it dominates the whole town and enjoys an excellent view of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the most famous peaks of Sesto Dolomites that surround the town.
