Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

we had an amazing month in vanoi valley. the hosts we're super nice and helpful. it's near many beautiful mountain passes and hikes. highly recommend for couples with a baby too.

Very stylishly furnished apartment with a new bathroom and balcony. Kitchen as described and in top condition. Garage safe parking space for the bikes. Quiet location, a little outside the city centre. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. I would gladly come back.

Roberta’s home was a dream. The view was breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and a sea of trees. Roberta was responsive and helpful and getting us to the Airbnb. It was the ideal location to start my wife and I honeymoon, nearby a number of national parks and beautiful hikes. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

We had a wonderful stay! Sabine was an excellent host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The house is beautiful, with a peaceful water stream, Dolomite views and cozy seating areas on every balcony. We also loved spending time with the adorable cat and the friendly dog. A truly charming place in Nova Ponente!

The host is very friendly and the tourist places near us were carefully explained, the location is very excellent next to the residence, an excellent restaurant and a grocery store just meters away.. Everything was great. Thank you Claudine. My reservation has been upgraded to a nice adjacent location. We faced the weekly holiday and the next day is an annual holiday on June 9 However, this did not prevent us from enjoying the beautiful place I will repeat my visit to this place in the future. The house is perhaps 200 yards from the nearest other dwelling, up on the side of a hill, quite a way up, with beautiful views of the dolomites and down the valley. The house was well equipped and had a wonderful big wood stove for heat. There were hiking trails right out the front door as well as within relatively short drives away into the beautiful dolomites. Hiking here was a major draw for us. This is a peaceful, beautiful house that is not in the middle of amusements and restaurants although restaurants and two small grocery stores are just a short distance away. The host Manfred was very understanding and responsive. We absolutely did not want to leave.

Very nice apartment, recently renovated, with all comforts (except the bidet). Lorena and Giuseppe were very courteous and exhaustive in their suggestions. Abundant and quality breakfast, with many zero-km products. Recommended if looking for a rustic, quiet and isolated place.

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

We were very pleased. The location is very quiet and there is a beautiful, large lawn. During our stay it was extremely hot and the sufficiently large pool made this bearable. The area is very nice and the owners gave us tips for excursions. Unfortunately, it was so hot that we couldn't do much of it. Only the internet was very unstable. For the parents less of a problem than for the children ....

Francesca was a delightful host. We enjoyed talking with her when we checked in and she made our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for us. It had all of the necessities and is located right in the center of town. Francesca also made some restaurant recommendations.

We spent a week with Patrick and Nina and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very secluded in nature, perfect for relaxing. A highlight was the nature pool. The small apartment is well equipped, the bathroom could be renovated. As everywhere in nature, you should not be afraid of spiders. A car is absolutely needed, it takes almost 30 minutes to Bolzano (15 km). We definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back.

We stayed seven nights in Brigitte's apartment and it was one of the best apartments we had rented in the last 25 years. It just fit everything, the description, the location (in a castle), it had everything you needed. Brigitte was on site when she was needed, gave helpful tips and was very nice. A nice addition is the guest card, with which you can use buses, trains and cable cars free of charge, so we left our car and only traveled on foot and by bike. The pool was still in operation despite low temperatures and we were able to do our morning laps. Lana is a great resort with many hiking opportunities and good connections to Bolzano and Merano.
