The 70 m², self-contained apartment is on the 1st floor of a modernized former farmhouse with panoramic views in a quiet secluded location and yet close to the town center. Parking is right at the entrance. The house is a bit light-sounding, especially footstep noise is audible. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen-living room and a 20 m², well-insulated conservatory. The surrounding area is close to nature. Sunbathing/playground with barbecue/fireplace.

Charming artist's apartment by the vineyard near Freiburg

Welcome! The guest apartment (about 50 square meters) is located in the basement of our house - enough space that our guests can feel comfortable in their own area. Included in the price is the tourist tax to the municipality of Glottertal. For stays of two nights or more (only for tourist stays), you will receive the KONUS card, with which you can use public transport free of charge throughout the Black Forest region, as well as a free parking ticket for P+R parking lots in Freiburg.

The accommodation has a separate entrance and has the character of a small basement apartment. The living/bedroom is completely newly furnished, friendly and lovingly with white furniture, 1.60 m bed with bedside table, rattan seating group + coffee table, chairs with light covers, beautiful large wardrobe. Our spacious, bright apartment can accommodate up to five people on approx. 100 square meters on the 2nd floor. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The mini apartment has its own access and a large terrace to relax in a quiet environment. The living room and bedroom is small but spacious. If two people are booking, you should be happy, the bed is 1.40 m wide. The kitchen is equipped only for small and simple preparations. We're always happy to answer questions.
