The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

You will live in a protected riverside environment. The many and varied exteriors of the place have a small air of Provence (terraces, garden with access to the river or not if you have small children). The house (120 m²) stays cool in summer and is pleasantly heated in winter. Here’s what to know: 1-I live in the house when I'm not renting it. My personal belongings therefore remain present .2--Access is via a narrow alley.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Charming house, 95 m², with smart decor. The house was renovated in 2019, it includes 3 bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed. A 42 m² kitchen-living room, a 15 m² laundry room. The living room opens onto a large 50 m² green terrace. All on a wooded plot of 800 m² The house is located in the quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurant) and only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou.

248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​
