The villa has a fabulous 28 sq m heated infinity pool and large sunbathing terrace, 2 BBQ grills and a summer kitchen. The nearest beach is directly in front front of the villa.

Apartment is on first floor offering wonderful sea view from spacious terrace that can be used for lunch / socializing. Heated pool is always available for usage. Beachfront offers free sunbeds and shaders. Beach is nearby. Apartment was renovated in 2023. with new bathrooms, new kitchen and some furniture like beds and outdoor table/chairs.
