Beachfront holiday rental in Sevid na moru

We had a fantastic week in the house. It is located in a peaceful remote location by the sea. The house is comfortable for 6 people, with all the amenities and a private beach deck to the sea. Mladen was very flexible with a late check in, and gave us lot of great tips for things to do around the area and in Split. Thanks Mladen!

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

Antea's place was fantastic! We rented in late May and the weather was magnificent... each day between 60 to 73 degrees. We hated to leave!!! :( Villa Antea it is a 4 story house with multiple apartments located right on the bay. The road to get there was a bit narrow but once you are there you are transported to another world... There are NO bulidings of any kind within sight on the steep hillside across the bay. It is completely private. The apartment we had (#1) was beautifully appointed and furnished. The views of the bay are magnificent as are the stars at night because there is very little ambiant light at night. We had access to a very spacious garage. I do not go overboard often but I am in this case. I give Antea's place my highest rating!!!

Great terrace overlooking the sea (but also to the street side), clean, large apartment and a short walk to the old town and the beach. Also nice large private parking and super friendly hosts :)

This is the perfect place if you want to spend your time outside, relaxing in the beach just outside the front door. Toni gave us lots of tips, including recommending a rental car, without which getting to the airbnb would be challenging, and limit your freedom to explore.

This is a super place to stay. An easy walk from lots of restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets plus excellent bakeries. It’s literally a stones throw from the sea. Quiet and Steve is a helpful, friendly host. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

For us and our two large dogs, it was the ideal place to spend a week. The property is fenced, it is only a few minutes to the sea and the house is in the middle of beautiful nature with a wonderful view over the whole bay. Really fantastic! The landlords are very fond of animals.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Toni was a fantastic host, very welcoming and even let us check in early. He was very responsive if you had any queries. Thanks Toni for a great week!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

It’s a nice quite place, but you need for sure a car to go to the store. But private and nice 😊

The best Airbnb I've stayed in. The villa was flawless, and exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent, with near instant responses from both the Airbnb booking company, and our amazing host Ružica. Ružica was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond, being very flexible for checking-in and out. The location was very convenient, and while easier with a car, you could definitely get by without. There’s a nice beach a short walk away, a few different restaurants along the coast, and Trogir and Split airport are only 10 minutes away. The house itself is well equipped with everything you could need including: beach towels, bath robes, wine fridge, coffee & ice machines, BBQ and all rooms had an ensuite, individually controlled AC, and super king beds (two separable singles). All the rooms are stunning, the house was clean and well organised. Finally, the gorgeous pool, with a constant depth of around 150cm, that fits everyone at once - we wish we had more time there to enjoy it.

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

Ivana was an amazing host and the apartment was absolutely perfect. It has a great view along with a nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to anybody!

Renata and her parents Milica and the Government were extremely accommodating during our stay in Sevid. We've received helpful instructions on how to get to your listing, where to park, and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the size perfect for a family with a small child. It's in a great location, right on the beach. As we stayed in it for the middle of the 10th month, the store didn't do what Renata told us in advance. Regardless, we enjoyed the beautiful days without the crowds in the quieter part of the season (and still warm enough to swim in). If you want to rest your soul and body, this is definitely a place to come outside of the summer months. The accommodation is quick and easy to get to nearby places, Rogoznica, Primosten and Trogir. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

We had a great time at Ivan's place. Ivan kindly made our arrival easy. The house is very well maintained both indoors and out. We were able to enjoy the wonderful view, brightness and calm of the end of October. If we return to Croatia we will definitely go back.

Everything we thought it would be, and more. Didn't want to leave. We spent 9 nights in one of the bottom apartments. After receiving impeccable communication and info from Mirella, we were welcomed at check-in by our beautiful hosts Zikra and Ismet. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has all of the necessary amentities. The views from the main bedroom, living room and terrace are outstanding. The small town of Rogoznica is straight across the water. The water itself is a 10sec walk down a little hill. The sun shines on the rocks from 10 onwards in Sept. The beach we visited was a 15min drive, in a small town called Primosten. Stunning beaches. Razanj is the small town within 15min walking distance of the house. Some really lovely restaurants there with good food. Our hosts Zikra and Ismet are special people. Among many things they cooked us fish on the balcony and gifted us their delicious wine. We are already planning our next trip. Look forward to seeing them again. Hvala

We were very warmly welcomed by Snezana's mother Nada. She took care of us every day, was there at all times and very helpful, gave us food and fish. We really had a family atmosphere in Vinisce, as the village is very small and only locals live there in September. We also met neighbors who were also super nice. It was still very sunny on the beach, the water was warm enough for swimming and there were no more tourists, it was very quiet and peaceful. 4 restaurants were still open on the promenade. The village has 2 shops and the nearest large supermarket is 15 minutes by car. You can also make several excursions there: Split, Sibenik, Trogir, Krka Nature Park with waterfalls. The apartment is very modern (at least kitchen and bathroom), we had enough dishes and linens. For 4 people but really a little too small, as there are 2 sleeping places in the dining/living area

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.
