Monthly Rentals in Severna Park

Can’t say enough good things about Brigitte and Paul! They are very warm and caring and an all around great couple who make their guests feel totally at home. We stayed 1 month while visiting our daughter and family in the Chartwell community of Severna Park. Their cottage was located 3 miles from our daughter’s house which made it a perfect location for visiting our family. Easy access to Annapolis, Baltimore and surrounding attractions. The cottage is cosy with many interesting artifacts and pictures that make you think you’ve stepped into another place in time. The 2 televisions had excellent programming and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you so much Brigitte and Paul! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Sally’s place was a perfect ‘getaway’ to get some work and dissertation writing in. She was super nice to bring me an office chair, and her husband provided freshly baked cookies! My dog, Bagel, loved watching the wildlife out the window. The neighborhood is cute and peaceful but also close to anything you want to do or eat. The thoughtful touches and top-notch stock of kitchen items made my stay so enjoyable. I didn’t get to enjoy the backyard amenities but will be back for that and to explore more. Wonderful place and hosts, plus an adorable furry host!

This place was perfectly situated—close to everything I needed—yet quiet and peaceful. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and had a warm, welcoming feel the moment I walked in. You can tell the host has put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and stylish. Communication was excellent throughout—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. Highly recommend this stay and would absolutely return!

Wonderful host, great communication , very accommodating was able to check in early , had everything needed plus extras , water , snacks , milk, juice ect… my guests and I where very pleased, great backyard. Patio table and grill was a nice touch .. can’t wait to stay again and use the fire pit. 5 stars !!!
