The house is a 2-minute walk from Kodokuji Station on the Odakyu Line and a 3-minute walk from Yamashita Station on the Setagaya Line. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 1 double futon, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. It's great for groups of 2 or for 2 people to use it spaciously. The dining room is a shoes-off area, so I think it would be better for families with babies aged 0-1 to avoid it. Kotokuji Temple, famous for its many lucky cats, is about a 10-minute walk away, so please visit. Easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Shimokitazawa, and Sangenjaya, and it is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a more local Tokyo. The house is on a shopping street, and there are coffee shops, 7-Eleven and supermarkets nearby, so it is very convenient. The public bath, which is a 1-minute walk, is also recommended for relaxing! The interior is a bit rough because it is an old row house, but don't worry, it's been approved by the fire department and health center.
