This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Que dire de plus que les commentaires déjà existant sinon que tout était parfait ☺️ ? Nous avons passé un excellent Séjour dans le logement de Cristina qui a satisfait à toutes nos attentes : calme, spacieux, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, impeccablement propre, facile d'accès, sécurisé etc... La mise à disposition des vélos est un vrai plus car nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture une seule fois pour rejoindre quotidiennement la gare ou le centre de Levanto. Ajouter à cela une hôte extrêmement sympathique, serviable qui a rendu notre arrivée facile alors que nous avions été retardés par des embouteillages et qui a toujours été de bons conseils pour trouver de bonnes adresses. Bref, à mon sens, Cristina mérité une distinction de Super-hôte 👍 Nous ne pouvons que recommander !

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

⸻ Das Haus und das Grundstück sind angenehm gross. Wir waren acht Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder und haben die Räume sowie die Terrassen und Grünflächen sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Vertreterin waren beide sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Da das Haus sehr nah am Meer liegt und nicht dauerhaft bewohnt ist, sind kleinere Mängel verständlich und nicht weiter störend. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut.

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Modern, clean apartment with lots of space. Nice view of the sea of town. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need.

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

La casa era in ottime condizioni, pulita, accogliente e perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione. L'host è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o necessità. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, lo consiglio vivamente!

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Loved this apartment and the location. Very stylish, spacious, clean and a beautiful terrace. We had an amazing stay in Genoa and it was made all the better by this amazing accommodation. Hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend!

Our group of 3 was very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and kitchen is newly renovated and modern but we didn't use it much because there are so many restaurants nearby. Do make reservations for dinner or even for some places for lunch time. Great focacia bakery just down the street. Anna Maria also provided extra items for us that was a pleasant surprise.. The main bedroom with king-size bed was nice for us as we like a firm mattress. The elevator to the apartment was a blessing after a long day of walking! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Guido's flat! The location couldn't be better, just a quick 5-minute walk from the train station (perfect for day trips to Cinque Terre) and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of four. Communication with Guido was also very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in Fabrizios Wohnung übernachtet und es war einfach fantastisch. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Wohnung ist für einen Besuch von Viareggio super, die angebotenen Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt und konnten Viareggio einfach erkunden. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen!!!! Danke!
