Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. The Terrace Overlooking the Sea[1 private parking]

There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Portovenere Villa with private beach and garden

The Villa was designed in 1932 by the most renowned architect of that time, Marcello Piacentini, and consists of two elegant apartments that can comfortably host altogether 10 guests. The property is located in Portovenere County and features an amazing, well furnished, 5000 m2 or 1.3 ac park, overlooking from a privileged position the open water of the Gulf of La Spezia . It also features 101 m or 300 ft of private coastline with private platforms and smooth access to the water.
