Joseph runs the show whilst the more reserved Gerlin supports him whenever needed. They invited us to attend morning Mass with us, and Joseph joined us for a basin of yaqona on our 2nd night. We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 4 and will spend another night whrn we get back to Kovalam next week. The sparklers are comfortable and extremely clean snd tidy. The garden is a haven for flower and fruit lovers. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kovalam Beach.

"A Home Away from Home" From the moment we stepped in, we felt completely at home. The way the apartment was arranged showed so much care—everything was in place, making our stay effortless and comfortable. We loved the added air cooler in hall,it really made relaxing in Kerala’s heat manageable. One of our favorite spots was the beautiful balcony—the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy the clouds rolling by. The big-screen TV with great internet and extra speakers made our cricket match and movie nights extra special! It truly meant a great deal to us. The prayer space with a very beautiful English Bible and a small book collection for all age groups added to the cozy vibe.The well-stocked essentials and every little detail made it feel as if we were never away from our home. A huge thank you to Mr.Terry for creating such a warm and thoughtful space. If you’re looking for comfortable and a truly homely experience, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back❤️

Definitely our fav place to stay, the best in town to meet up with friends and have endless talks, thanks to the host for making our stay as peaceful as always. Will be visting soon again🤘

Excellent place and an awesome host !! Host Shaly was very caring enquiring all through my travel even before checkin. Checkin and checkout process was so smooth. We had all the essential items to feel at home. Shaly was very helpful in providing the right guidance for the places to visit, place to eat with a very good round trip plans. Overall it was an awesome trip!!

family friendly accommodation. 2 big bedroom, spacious living room, dining room, separate kichen and private balcony. vehicle can park inside the property. the place was as per the description. the host and their family staying nearby, always respond to our request. parcel food available in 30 minutes from near by hotels. 4 properties in one compound, highly recommed for group travellers.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The room was incredibly neat and clean, making me feel right at home. The host was very attentive, providing all the necessary facilities and going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were also extremely polite and respectful, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay! Would definitely return!

Jithin is a amazing host, he was kind enough to give us a early check-in. The rooms are pretty decent and both the rooms are equipped with AC (Much needed for the summer). Bathroom was clean and the TV was working fine. He has managed to put a playstation as well. loved the stay here. for basic cooking we used the kitchen to cook tea, coffee.

Its an excellent place for friends and family to have a relaxed weekend. This property is well thought and planned to have a positive energy, especially the garden lights at night are brilliant. Me and my friends was here for 2 days, we enjoyed a lot, great hospitaliy by the caretaker.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.
