A familiar location. The noise of the river water is a the playground aside , and without eminent risks because the place is fully preserved and closed . The kitchen area, leisure and the playground were the environments in which we were given rest and my family can stay in the same space . My 2-year-old grandson had fun and the toys that the house has kept him very happy because it is a space that he seemed to have already explored and we were safe..

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

Simone is an amazing person who answers you quickly and the house is impeccable, super complete, leaves nothing to be desired. many children's toys and adult games, bedding and etc... extremely clean, very well organized and clean house. SUPER INDICO, not to mention that it is close to everything, good restaurants, markets and very close bakery.

The stay was simply amazing, 10/10! A stunning place with a spectacular view of the balcony. The apartment is brand new, extremely clean and thought out in every detail. There is a large supermarket, pharmacies and a gym nearby, all accessible by foot. I loved my experience! The host, Clodoaldo, has always been available, giving great recommendations and helping with whatever you need. I will definitely return and highly recommend! A unique retreat in nature with all the comfort.

Detailing the excellent place, the shower with the natural pool and the river are the main attractions, plus it has a cold and heated pool. The restaurant's food is good. I found the space with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas around the little Duchão, it was very full all morning and we ended up not sitting down. The river was calm, good para.criancas, but it has no life-saving, which can be a risk in case of a water trunk. The cold pool had saved lives.

Mr. Marcus is an excellent host. I've stayed in his apartment before and it's always a good experience. Pleasant environment and location, close to the main tourist landmarks.

Simply a wonderful environment to be. extremely cozy, well equipped and brings absurd tranquility. a comfort that is not found anywhere. Near bars and restaurants, as much as it was just one night could have easily left and enjoyed something cool, Kamille always present to clarify any questions or to help with something. Easy access and well located. Finally I'll be back soon and I highly recommend it.

Sidney has a team to support, everyone is very polite and attentive to communication. The stay was good and quiet, the location of the studio is excellent, I went by car and did not have to use it, I left it in the parking lot we walked, with a lot of tranquility and security, in the city even at night.

Great place to rest and enjoy with family! The apartment is extremely clean and smelling, and the condominium has several leisure areas that make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, very close to shops and with easy access to both Itaipava and Petrópolis — all within 15 minutes by car. Communication with host Bárbara was impeccable: always quick, attentive and helpful, taking away all my doubts very kindly. I had already read in the comments about the bathroom being small, so I was prepared, but I still found it smaller than I expected. It didn't bother me at all, but it might be something to consider depending on the guest's profile. Overall, it was all amazing and would definitely be back !

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.

We can't start our review without talking about host Eveline ...it truly embodies the spirit of Airbnb that is welcoming and meeting the guest not just handing over the keys and that's it. We had an amazing experience on this Airbnb in Teresópolis! The location is perfect, close to the center and easy access to the city's top attractions. The apartment is exactly like in the photos: very clean, organized and with a cozy touch that made us feel right at home.

This is our second time staying at the property. Renata, the hostess, is extremely kind and willing to help. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.
