Cristiane was a very pleasant host and always responded quickly to messages. The apartment is well located, with easy access to Alto and bus stops to the center. The space is well distributed, with hot and cold air conditioning working perfectly, all taps with gas-heated water and good kitchen utensils. The building offers a game room with table tennis, foosball and pool, as well as a sauna and whirlpool. Regarding the whirlpool, it is worth checking in advance the days on which the cleaning is done, as it occurs on specific days of the week and, depending on the time, it may not be in the best conditions for use. In addition, it is not heated.

We were very well treated by the hostess, the apartment is very cozy and the building's infrastructure exceeded expectations. The building staff are also very kind and helpful. This week, with several rainy days, we made the most of the thermal pool and we already miss it.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Our stay was very good. Leandro is an excellent host. The property is cozy, just like in the photos. It accommodated my family of 4 adults and 2 children very well. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from Leandro and his wife. The neighborhood offers alternatives for restaurants, pharmacies, markets and commerce. Relatively close by car to the Itaipava fair, about 15 minutes. A good option for those who want peace and comfort. We recommend the property without a doubt. Thank you for the reception.

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super quiet, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with a coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even an air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid box with a pressure gauge! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setup. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll certainly be back!

Wonderful house!! Super recommend!

We were 6 guests and the house accommodated us with great comfort. It is a little isolated and close to the forest, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

The house was all clean and they had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen/house in general. The site is safe, well taken care of and offers a complete infrastructure to relax and have fun: heated swimming pool, sports courts, gym, leisure area and entertainment for children. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to combine comfort, leisure and practicality in one place!
