Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen kleinen Haus. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer war der ideale Ort, um morgens unseren Kaffee zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Arta verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, man kann zu Fuß alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens erreichen. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist nah gelegen. Die Treppe zum großen Bett ist allerdings etwas abenteuerlich konstruiert, nichts für ängstliche Gemüter. Die Betreuung durch Rita war rundum sehr aufmerksam und liebenswürdig, und die kleine Hündin ist Emme von sehr freundlichem Wesen. Die Umgebung bietet schöne Ausflugsziele und Buchten mit angenehm sandigen Stränden, alles in allem also eine runde Sache. Vielen Dank, Claudia und Hannes

A hidden gem! Peaceful and quiet, beautiful little shared garden which comes to life when the sun is out! Markus was fantastic at responding. We had a lovely holiday but the room made it feel like we were right at home rather than a hotel / air b&b. Definitely would book !

I had a really lovely stay at Margaret’s place. The room was charming, very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for quiet place it’s perfect. The little town is absolutely charming as well. I haven’t seen any other tourists there beside a few cyclists. I also appreciated the local restaurants nearby — great food and an authentic atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic getaway in Mallorca!

Très bonne situation du logement, à 20' de Palma, et des plages, proche de la côte, avec les charmants villages accessibles en peu de temps. Le logement est calme avec vue sur un joli jardin. La literie est bien confortable. La cuisine est minimaliste, mais avec le nécessaire.

We stayed more than a week in Natasha’s place where her mother Rita and her little dog Emme took good care of us. What a great life for us, starting of with a nice breakfast in the fresh and bright inside courtyard, go explore the surroundings or Arta itself which is a very cute town, or go on more adventurous path to Cala torta and enjoy a day in this beach that you have to deserve :) Very easy to find, to park, to shop, to cook and Rita is a sweetheart that makes it even better. I recommend for sure !

We had a great stay with Juan and his wife. They were incredibly kind and always there if we needed anything. Having the option to park our car on the property was also very convenient. The location is wonderfully quiet and offers a lot of privacy – something we really enjoyed. The accommodation is set a short distance from the main house and is built in a simple, modest style, but still absolutely sufficient. It provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Another highlight was the pool, which is located on an elevated level of the property. It’s a great spot to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return!

It was pleasure to spend some days in the room from David & Leonor. They are quite supportive and we enjoyed the quiet place out of the town. They answered very fast and and we felt very comfortable. Regarding the mattress, it was changed during our stay and is very good. The arrival was clearly described and the fact that the last 100m is a gravel path is not an issue. If you rent a car in Mallorca, you should generally expect uneven roads. A place we can clearly recommend!

En Peter ens va fer sentir com a casa, des d’un inici molt amable i atent. Ens ha recomanat llocs per anar i la comunicació ha sigut molt fàcil. La zona és molt bonica i tranquil·la.

Die Unterkunft könnte nicht perfekter sein. Die Lage in der romantischen, idyllischen Umgebung mit nichts außer Naturgeräuschen hat uns umgehauen! Es war nahe Port de Soller, aber doch irgendwie abgeschieden. Das Häusschen reichr zu zweit völlig aus, wir haben nichts an Gegenständen oder Möbeln vermisst. Das Haus scheint sehr neu zu sein, da die Küche hochmodern ausgestattet war und alles sehr clean aber doch gemütlich eingerichtet war. Die Pflanzen und Bäume drum herum sind so wunderschön und sehr exotisch. Wir haben die Zeit in dieser perfekten Lage sehr genossen und waren innerhalb von 38 min in La Palma. Es waren sogar Handtücher, einen Sonnenschirm und eigene Liegen verfügbar. Sehr starke Empfehlung für Paare, die es gerne ruhiger, idyllischer fern von den Touristen mögen. Ist ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

gorgeous and freshly renovated place, in beautiful & extremely peaceful surroundings - host was lovely and responsive with helpful instructions. 🌞 the location being quite untouched & rural, the road leading up to the place was a little treacherous so mind the type of vehicle you take we jogged down to santa maria for a phenomenal breakfast and the views were unmatched all in all a beautiful trip thank you 💖

Exactly what we looked for. Quiet, close to nature, and nice outside areas. The house is not very big but its has what you need. We spent all the time there outside and made BBQ in the garden 3 times. We could go everywhere on Mallorca within 1 hour. The host Gustavo (boyfriend of Pilar) was very friendly, easy to communicate with and he showed us the house personally. I would love to stay there again.

Wir wurden super herzlich von Tatjana und Peter empfangen und sie haben uns die Unterkunft geduldig und ausführlich erklärt. Die Wohnung auf dem traumhaften Anwesen war perfekt. Grosse Terrasse super ausgestattete Küche sowie Bad, Schlaf und Wohnzimmer. Auch ein sehr schöner Pool steht auf dem Anwesen zu Verfügung. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana und Peter war makellos. Es wurde stehts Hilfe angeboten und supportet wo es notwendig war. Auch bei unsere Anreise haben sie uns unterstützt, sodass wir die Unterkunft super gut erreicht haben. Wir können die Wohnung sowie Tatjana und Peter als Gastgeber wirklich jedem ans Herz legen - Entspannung und Ruhe ist hier garantiert und die Lage perfekt gelegen um in alle Ecken der Insel ohne zu grosse Entfernungen zurücklegen zu müssen gegeben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns schon drauf.

Una excelente estadía en Sa Ràpita (municipio de Campos). Xisca es una anfitriona atenta y amable, y fue un gusto concerla y conversar con ella. ¡Y también degustar su comida, en particular un delicioso frit mallorquí! El área es muy bonita y tranquila, el barrio principalmente residencial, aunque también hay comercios relativamente cerca, supermercados, farmacia, panadería, etcétera. ¡Muy recomendable!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft von Viviani. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt um den Westen zu erkunden. In der Unterkunft fehlt es einem auf jeden Fall an nichts. Sie ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet - selbst für unser Baby gab es eine Wanne, Spielzeug etc Viviani und Robert haben uns super Tipps gegeben und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich und lieb zu unserer Kleinen Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A very beautiful and quiet property with a large garden and a small but cozy casita. We really enjoyed our stay there, and our puppy felt right at home! Communication with Ana and Matheus was excellent. They helped us very quickly with one or two problems and checked in with us almost daily. There's really nothing to complain about, except that the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. There's no kettle, no good chopping knives, and no large cups. But that shouldn't be a problem for non-cookers, and even if you do cook, you'll be fine. Thank you, Ana & Matheus, for this wonderful stay! We wish you a great season!

Wonderful and beautiful place, we are so happy that we found such a peaceful, clean, beautiful and private place. The house is surrounded by nature and everything is super well taken care of! Moreover, everything was spotless and the house has everything you need to have a great vacation. Waking up there was truly peaceful and nice, and Margrit was very friendly and helpful with everything. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed in, thank you and see you hopefully soon!

Great place to stay while in Mallorca Easy access to all the towns (By Car) pool to yourself beautiful animals around (cats, chickens) If you stay here give the kitties some water they will love you. wonderful time here for 4 nights ! Would definitely come back!
