This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

Our finca is located on the southern foothills of the Tramuntana mountains on a large property. Just a six-minute drive down the mountain is the small authentic village of Esporles with a small weekly market (Saturdays). From our spacious terraces with saltwater pool, we overlook evergreen hills to the Bay of Palma. Various terraces with seating and a yoga platform with a panoramic view are among the many highlights. Privacy is no problem here, even with eight people!
