The Pennepont gîte is located in the heart of the Arz Valley, in a wooded and green setting of 5 hectares. Our 18th century farmhouse has been renovated with eco-friendly materials; it consists of a living room with beautiful fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large mezzanine (relaxation area) with sofa bed (2 pers.) and two bedrooms (5 pers.) Independent accommodation of our main house (on the ground floor) consisting of a bright living room of 16 m2, a bedroom of 10 m2, a bathroom and separate toilet. The main room opens onto a private terrace and out of sight. Located 2 steps from the central square of Malestroit you will have all the amenities without using your vehicle. Hand towels available if needed.

Our cottage "La Fontaine" is located in the center of a charming Breton town. Ideally located for discovering Morbihan, 20 minutes from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, 40 minutes from Carnac or the Rhuys Peninsula. Close to many villages to discover: Malestroit, Rochefort-en-Terre, Josselin, La Gacilly... and the Brocéliande Forest.
