Apartment as described. Functional, nice, very nicely decorated and well-equipped. A little noisy in the living room because the street is busy during the day but the room is located in the back on a set of private courtyards without a car so very quiet. Located in the center of Clairveaux so shops easily accessible on foot, very convenient. I would recommend it!

David and his teams were very helpful in preparing for our arrival by providing an internet page dedicated to our accommodation with all the useful information, also about the key places nearby (for ski equipment, outings, walks, available services, etc.) We will definitely be back!

The accommodation is very nice., spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, that's fine. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, access to the fast lake. The Old Town of Annecy is a 10-minute drive. An excellent restaurant within walking distance to the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien welcomed us very warmly. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

We had a great stay for Easter, the house at the top, the super large rooms, the bedding at the top, we slept well, clean and tidy house, full of games and the foosball that was well appreciated. Not disappointed at all, thank you very much and happy hosting! Pauline.

You can go with your eyes closed to Sarah and Gazi because their house is great! Between colleagues we had a great time because the house is very nice, large and very well-equipped. It has everything you need and communication is very easy with them. Thank you for the welcome and Macvin's bottle... we'll try to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Carine's, she and her husband are very welcoming and very kind..always ready to help guests and gave lots of advice.. As for the accommodation everything was perfect..it was as in the photos, very clean and very welcoming, it feels like home..there are plenty of leaflets that show us what we can do in the area and a beautiful notebook that explains a lot about the apartment and the beautiful landscapes to see nearby..we would have stayed a week longer..😅 I recommend it 2000% Thank you for your kindness!! The house is very nice and offers many amenities that can be fully exploited during the spring/summer period. My friends and I stayed on New Year's Eve but we still had a great time. Sarah and Claude were very welcoming and helpful. They resolved a problem related to the exhaustion of the gas tank in a very short time and offered us a bottle of wine. Recommended accommodation, located in a super quiet area but from which you can reach in a few hours by car large towns such as Lyon and Annecy. We would love to come back in the summer to also take advantage of the other services offered by the property! 10/10!

Sophian's apartment is ideal for a holiday in Talloires! Good location, beautifully decorated, we didn't miss anything. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony. The village square and lake are within walking distance. We did two great hikes right from the front door. Sophian was always easily accessible and gave us helpful tips. We are happy to recommend the apartment!
