Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Septèmes-les-Vallons

This villa was perfect!!!! We couldn’t have wished for anything more. It is a 15 minute walk down to the beach where we enjoyed morning dips but also close enough for coastal walks where more gorgeous coves can be fine! The villa is exactly as pictured and blew us away with how amazing it was!

Claude’s home was the perfect place for our family week in the South of France, close enough to walk to the village or 18min drive into a bigger city. Peaceful, very private and beautiful grounds. The home was set up very well for our family and 1 year old baby. All amenities were put to use but, especially the pool and yard. AC works AMAZING and kitchen was great to cook in. Overall a rustic dream for our time. The hosts were very flexible with every ask or need we had. Thank you Claude, Marie and Marceau. We cannot wait to be back!

Unforgettable waterfront escape on the French riviera! We had the most incredible stay at this waterfront house! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is both scenic and wonderfully peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hostess was extraordinarily kind and made us feel so welcome. The house itself was spotless—truly the cleanest and best organized accommodation we’ve ever seen! Every amenity we could possibly need was available, and the garden and pool were simply fantastic and beautifully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes was truly magical and we would love to return someday! This one-of-a-kind house is beautiful and spacious. It was a lovely, comfortable retreat for our two families to stay in while we explored Marseille. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was fabulous! We enjoyed multiple meals outside on the balcony. The location of the house is perfect for accessing via public transportation and it is within walking distance of several beaches and sightseeing destinations. The hosts are truly wonderful and made certain that our stay was amazing. They were quick to respond and helped us greatly during our trip. We loved our stay and very much hope to return to Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes again someday!!

We loved our stay here. Marie was very helpful and informative. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Pool is great, especially for young, non swimmers. Lunch outside at the big table in the shade was always fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect spot for a family vacation!

Lovely house in a great, private location in Provence. Extremely well connected to Aix TGV station, Marseille airport, and various quaint villages, as well as Aix en Provence town centre. Cécile is a great host & lovely person - very welcoming & generous. The house has everything needed - big & pristine swimming pool, pétanque, table tennis, beautiful landscaped garden, bbq, well equipped kitchen, A/C, and so on. The accommodation is spacious, nice and very well located directly overlooking the port of Sanary. The glass kitchen and the garden are beautiful, you can enjoy the shade of the trees, we came with our 18-month-old son who was able to enjoy this large space. You can do everything on foot, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, small casino and restaurants are two minutes' walk away. Catherine and people on site are available if needed, they were very friendly and responsive, in short, I recommend it 100%!

Great place in a great location

All was great and host was always close by and available. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and make meals at home. The AC worked perfectly when we needed it. Would recommend.

Really nice place in a great location. I was really surprised by some of the thoughtful things they had available for babies and toddlers. My son is potty training and I did not expect a toilet seat adapter! Will stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Denis's! The accommodation is very nice, clean, well equipped and perfectly located. Denis is a welcoming and caring host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend her accommodation and will be happy to come back!

Very nice apartment next to Saint Charles. The south facing balcony is great for breakfast. Rooms are good and everything was clean. Very close to the city center. Tea and coffee was offered.

Guys apartment was perfect for our stay. Unbeatable location and a good size. Parking was very convenient but there is a very tight corner in the driveway is even for a small car, otherwise it is very close to the apartment and secure. Guy was responsive and flexible with check in and check out which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Cassis.

Team seminar (15 people) that went wonderfully in Fanny's cottage, very accommodating and welcoming. The house is very nice, clean and well-equipped, with all the possible activities (swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, petanque, hiking, etc.). We'd love to go back.

We have a great stay here. The villa feels so secluded, nestled within surrounding pine trees. I would highly recommend to a family or group of friends, with ample space to entertain and relax!

It's impossible to appreciate what a special house this is until you walk through the door. Every aspect of it is fascinating, beautiful and well conceived. Each of the five bedrooms have their own character and decoration and the design is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment that made it easy to cook large meals. The garden is lovely and the pool has a clever cleaning system which we appreciated as we all had a swim. Lastly, the location is ideal being a short walk into town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth and Johan's accommodation. The view is incredible, as well as the decor, the various and varied equipment; we also appreciated the small attentions of our hosts. We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent stay with family, the house is quiet and well-equipped. Aix and the shops are quickly accessible by car. Special mention to our host Hélène who was super responsive and helpful before and during our stay.
