Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

Basel, Lucerne, Bern can be reached in about 30 minutes -The highway (A1), which leads to Zurich, Bern or Basel, can be reached in 7 minutes - For an additional fee, we offer a guest transfer service to any location.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

Dreizimmerwohnung im oberen Stockwerk eines frisch sanierten Hauses im Grünen und am Waldrand. Sehr ruhige Lage. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit 2 (Bett-)Sofas, 2 kleine Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, Küche, Bad, Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Im unteren Stockwerk wohnen wir, ein Rentner-Ehepaar. Babys und Kinder sind willkommen. Bitte beachten: nur Nichtraucher!!

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
