Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Mönichkirchen, St. Corona, Semmering, Stuhleck are suitable for skiing or snowboarding.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Enjoy the Semmering in a romantic 25 m² apartment! The apartment consists of a large combined living room/bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and free parking. In just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the center or the Hirschenkogel ski lift, which is why the apartment is ideally located for a ski and snowboarding vacation in winter, or a hiking vacation in summer.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

This cozy old apartment is located in the historic city center near the train station. Cheap parking is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment offers all the essential facilities and impresses with its quiet location with a large balcony in the green courtyard. Perfect spot for longer stays for education, health, etc., but also for excursions to skiing and other leisure activities in the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful log cabin at the foot of the Schöckl. The views from the terrace are stunning. The house is located on the edge of the forest and is in a very quiet location. The summit cross of the Schöckl can be reached on foot in less than an hour. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers or people who simply want to enjoy the tranquility and a great view!
