Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Semmering

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very well-equipped with everything we needed, including essentials like toilet paper, olive oil, and spices, which made our stay extra comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the train and tram stations and only a few stops from the city center. The host was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stay until 5 PM on our last day due to our late departure, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming stay!

Was in a Josef apartment for the second time. If there is another possibility, I will be happy to come back. For me, the ideal apartment for a trip to Vienna.

Had a great stay at Enis's place. The apartment is great for a large group (we were 7) and super easy to reach from the train station. Enis was a great host, he took great care of us and we were even allowed to leave our suitcases with him on the last day. We will be happy to come back!!

Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

We stayed at the place as a group of three and found it perfect for a group - in our case, everyone even had their own room! If you want to cook 'at home', you also have a super equipped kitchen and especially in warm weather you are very cozy in the yard. Only in bad weather I could imagine that a cozy living room is missing (sofa is on the edge in the kitchen). Otherwise everything is fine!

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The house and surroundings are very nice. You have everything you need and above all tranquility. Communication with Martin went smoothly. We had a lovely and relaxing weekend with friends. Would have easily endured a few days longer.

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

Katja’s apartment is lovely. It’s a perfect base for exploring Vienna. It is very close to the main railway station (15 minutes walk) and close to the tube station for easy access to everything! Katja is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her apartment!

the apartment is in the perfect place... near the subway, supermarkets, and shops. it's a quick subway ride into town, which we loved! it was very warm inside so we were very comfy!

The apartment is very nice and clean. Amenities are limited to the essentials. It is in a very quiet area with good access to public transport. Regarding the parking space for your own car, it is recommended to use surrounding parking garages, as there are only resident parking spaces available.

We had a lovely stay at Philipp und Team’s apartment! The co-host Jenny was extremely nice and patient with us, and always happy to address our numerous questions. The neighbourhood is peaceful and perfect if you are coming by car, as there is an easily accessible garage place available at the premises. We will definitely come back!
