Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Semmering

Martin is a nice and fun person to talk to, he helped a lot with easy absorption. A wonderful, friendly man who really cares about the guests. It was fun to be in his apartment

This apartment exceeded our expectations it is very roomy to what we usually go for and is super well looked after and decorated. Toaster only toasts on one side but apart from that the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and transport links a short walk away. This was an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

From Westbahnhof, take line 6 for about 5 stops to Meidling. The apartment is not far from the train station in a residential area and is within walking distance. The building has different access codes for the entrance door and the apartment door via the Nuki app. In the event that the app does not work immediately, you can still open the door at the apartment door using a separate code or with the key from the key safe. Everything in the apartment is super clean and the bathroom is equipped with a large shower. Towels and linens are provided. The bed is comfortable, but it was a little too narrow for us at 160cm. You can only watch TV via streaming services. Unfortunately, we were overwhelmed and had to do without television for 4 days. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Florian answered questions within a short time and was always very friendly.

Mirjana’s place worked very well for us. The location is great and it was easy to get to the city center. Access to public transit is easy but it is also walkable.. The apartment is spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms are facing the court yard and are very peaceful. Mirjana was a wonderful host. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made us feel welcomed. We appreciated coffee that was provided for the whole stay. I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The system is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

The appartment is really spacious, very nice and comes with high ceilings and wooden floors - the way we like it! Beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms have been renovated with taste and a clear focus on user friendliness. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that invites to talk walks. Tram and subway are a few minutes away, the city center being very reachable. After a day downtown, it is a pleasure to come home. Two minutes away, there is a fantastic bio grocery store. Stunning apartment - pure Viennese style with huge living room and bedroom, parquet floors, high ceilings, large windows, beautifully furnished, loads of amenities. Annex to host’s apartment and completely private. One stop on UBahn from main railway. 4 stops on tram to centre. Loved it! Host is great!

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished – you came in and felt immediately welcome, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook yourself. The beds were comfortable, everything you needed was there, and even the little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Particularly practical: there was secure parking directly on site. In short: an all-round successful package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Michael and his parents welcomed us extremely friendly, the house was very lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped for a modern holiday. As a family with a small child, we were able to fully enjoy the spacious green area in front of the house, the surroundings of the Viennese Alps offer a breathtaking backdrop. Many hiking trails with various attractions all around are right outside the door of the house. The absolute highlights for the little guests are the surrounding farms, where you can marvel at cows and horses from up close. An absolute recommendation for all those who urgently need a break from the hectic everyday life!

This is a lovely old rural house in a beautiful country setting where I wish we had time to stay a little longer. We were a party of 8 who fitted in easily with a variety of options for activities nearby. Would highly recommend this historical place.

We spent three weeks in Tamas' apartment, which was modern, clean, cozy and extremely quiet. Tamas is friendly, helpful, carefully covers all the beds and changes the towels. Our stay at Miros' apartment was fantastic. The property is perfectly equipped – each room offers everything you need for everyday needs and beyond. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and small extras such as sparkling wine, sweets, coffee and tea made us very happy. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. Miro and his son welcomed us warmly and were always available for questions. Despite the slightly longer distance to the center, the apartment is well connected to public transport, and the bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the great time!

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

Great, great, great!!!!! Such a cute, cozy apartment. There is everything you need, both dishes, soap and dish soap, and for laundry everything, etc. So thoughtful of everything, there aren't even references that are needed (if only 1 more wine glass☺️). And the apartment is in an amazing location - close to the metro station. If you can't decide yet and wonder if this is a good enough option - this is a great option!

Everything was great – a huge thank you to the host for her flexibility and spontaneity! She even allowed us a late check in at 12am which is really not self-evident. A later check-out would also have been possible, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and really had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and we felt right at home. The location is also great: in the building itself there is a Billa as well as several restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The connection with public transport is also very good. The infinity pool on the 31st floor was a highlight – unfortunately we could only use it briefly due to the weather. The view from the apartment on the 12th floor is also beautiful, despite being close to tower 3. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly at all times. We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time!
