Holiday rentals with a patio in Selm

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

The place is in a quiet and safe location. The house offers everything you need and as a bonus the house has its own parking space. We were cycling in Dortmund, so for us everything was about 5 km away (center, Borussia, city parks). Dortmund is a beautiful city full of green. We recommend staying with Vanessa and would love to come back. Thank you Vanessa for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely Easter weekend with 8 people in Norbert and Rabea's cottage! It is located in a quiet area, within half an hour's drive you have various nice places and activities nearby. Tip: Natura Gart in Ibberburen and the CityPark of Emsdetten for a nice picnic with playground for children. The Hockendes Weib is also recommended for a challenging walk. The cottage is cozy, clean and equipped with everything! The extra bath upstairs is a plus as well as the pellet stove that provides pleasant warmth and atmosphere. Thanks so much for the pleasant stay and the kindness!

Elke received it in person at 10 pm. Show us around and explain everything. She had put drinks cold for us, there were fruits and a few treats. We immediately felt at home. It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Everything is of the highest standard, with a modern and beautiful design. The beds are very comfortable and on the kitchen you will find everything you will need for making food. The area where the apartment is located is peaceful and clean. Check-in was also very smooth — even though we arrived late at midnight, the host kindly met us in person, explained everything we needed to know, and even gave us helpful tips on what to visit. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Gorden's place for the first time. It all worked out. Super location, nice and quiet, small, cozy garden including terrace, in a few minutes' walk we were on the lake. All windows were equipped with insect screens and outdoor shutters. We (2 adults and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation. And for the crowning glory, the nice neighbor gave us fresh lily of the valley:-)

Florian's apartment was simply a dream – incredibly clean, lovingly decorated and extremely cozy. We didn't miss anything at all. We felt at home from the first moment and can't wait to come back again. Thank you very much, dear Florian!
