The apartment is beautiful and the view is even more stunning in person. The apartment is immaculately clean, functional and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Ioannis and his wife are extremely kind hosts very helpful, they also have a gorgeous dog called Ben. Ioannis was so friendly and nothing was a problem, he provided extra towels and coffee, gave us restaurant and outing suggestions. An amazing property at a great price. The walk to town took 10 mins, to the beach approx 25 mins. The walk home after a few glasses of retsina took a little longer but we enjoyed getting our steps in every day

Turunç 'a tepeden bakan, önü açık, kimsenin sizi rahatsız edemeyeceği, çok güzel manzarası olan bir ev. Kış sezonu itibariyle araç, insan veya hayvan gürültüsü yok. Sadece sessizlik ve huzur var. Ev eşyalarının hepsi yeni. Temiz ve hiçbir kötü koku yok. Tüm cihazlar çalışıyor. (3 Klima, 2 televizyon, çamaşır, kurutma ve bulaşık makineleri, fırın, çay - kahve makineleri, airfry, tost makinesi.) Hepsini kullandık. Mutfakta aklınıza gelecek her şey mevcut. Hiç bir eksik yok. Tuvalet, banyo, yatak, yastık, çarşaflar tertemizdi. 2 yatak odasında 2 tane double yatak var. Salon güzel. Kış bahçesine BAYILDIK. Evdeki vaktimizin çoğunu burada geçirdik. (Ev Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel.) Kış mevsimi olmasına rağmen ev çok güzel ısınıyor. Hiç üşümedik. Sitenin ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut. A welcoming and beautiful place, delicious Greek pastries and white wine to start us off. Stunning terrace with amazing views of the harbour. We felt right at home, everything you need and a very comfortable place, close to many different options for eating and a swimming jetty close by. Symi has wonderful walks and is an amazing holiday destination. The accommodation was perfect and our host was very communicative and made our stay perfect. Thank you for making this a memorable holiday for us and would highly recommend. A place definitely to return to.

Such an incredible location. We loved all the quaint back alley walkways. The bazaar was super close and there were so many awesome restaurants to choose from right on your doorstep!

Our stay in Symi was outstanding, the house surpassed the description on Airbnb and from the moment we entered the property and walked through the courtyard entrance we were overjoyed. Comfortable beds, super clean house and goodies in the fridge plus water provided on our arrival. The balcony was our high point and we spent hours between us just admiring the beautiful view and watching the sunrise. We only wish we had stayed longer, thank you for a beautiful experience.

Çok keyifli bir evdi. Biz konaklarken diğer dairelerde 2 gece doldu sadece, çok rahattı. Sezon dışı gittiğimiz için bölgede tabi inşaatlar var , onların gürültülerine maruz kalıyorsunuz evdeyken. Söğüt keyifli bir bölge çok iyi restoranlar var , mevsim itibariyle çok çok güzel 5 gün geçirdik, çok teşekkürler.

Awesome, helpful and really accommodating host. The location was great. We couldn't have been anymore happier with our stay, and would happily go back! It was a very beautiful place, very private and exactly, if not better than the photos. I would highly recommend for a retreat to rhodes. As well as this, there was so much to do within waking distance. :)

We stayed in this lovely apartment for almost one month. We were met off the ferry by Nicholas who took our luggage to the apartment. He was on hand throughout our stay and very responsive whatever the issue. The apartment is a real home from home, comfortable, tastefully furnished and with every modern appliance. We loved the balcony and patio area watching the sunrise and set . My husband worked remotely and the WiFi worked very well indeed. The apartment is cleaned and serviced every day to a very high standard. We will definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Symi.

Idylisch, Natur pur und alles was man benötigt! Das Meer, Zentrum von Marmaris(ein Katzensprung) und die gesammte Marmaris Umgebung kann mit dem PKW zwischen 60-90 Minuten erkundet bzw. erreicht werden. Auch bei 40Grad Temperatur ist diese Ortschaft und die Wohnung erstaunlich frisch und angenehm. Klima haben wir nicht ein Tag beansprucht. Für die Stadt Datca (ca. 2 Stunden/einfach) sollte man von hier aus einen ganzen Tag bzw. 2 Tage einplanen. Soweit alles Top ;)

We regularly visit Rhodes and we always use Airbnb. Our needs of changed over the years with family and children and it is now just the two of us normally. This was the first time we had stayed in Newtown area and we will definitely be doing it again. The apartment was incredibly modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and was private . What attracted us from the photos was the most amazing Zen garden and we were not disappointed! It was a total Oasis for us to chill out and do yoga. The apartment is in walking distance of amazing restaurants, shops, the new town and the Old Town. The televisions were incredible and we had access to Netflix, which was great when it was raining. Our host was fabulous, never bothered us, left us to enjoy our holiday yet was there every time we needed him. Honestly faultless, one of the best stays we have had in Rodos. Would highly recommend this apartment for a couple wanting peace and tranquil yet be near to everything.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. This place is great for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rhodes. This place is where all the fun and magic happen. This place is full of energy as the nightlife, clubs, bars and restaurants are vibrant. If you stay here you won’t be bored as there are so many places just steps away from your place to explore. Highly recommend this place for any guest looking to party and have a good time in Rhodes. ♥️ Our host was also amazing and so responsive. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Das Appartment von Paulos war wunderschön. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist der Ballkon mit dem Wirlpool, super. Sehr moderne Küche. 2 Airconditioner welche die Wohnung schön kühl hielten. Die verschiedenen Strände sind in 5-10 Min erreichbar. Restaurants hat es Rund um das Appartment sehr viele. Einen Aufenthalt wert!
