Holiday rentals with a patio in Selimiye

Thank you for letting me stay at your lovely apartment.. it felt like home for a few days I needed it

Tudor was very friendly, kind and hospitable. He made us feel welcome and we very much appreciated the wine and snacks he left us, as well as other bits and pieces in the kitchen like oil and salt & pepper. I was especially grateful to him for lending me walking poles for a sore hip.

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

I wasn’t my self this time I visited but Ali and his family was very understanding and made me feel right at home , apartments are clean family is nice and lots to do nearby

The flat is nicely furnished and clean. Is in good location, close to the beach, restaurants and in central location. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise even during the night but in certain way I was expected this due to the location (high street). Overall I am happy with my stay and would do it again.

The place is exactly as it looks in the photos — clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with easy access to various places like restaurants, the beach, and supermarkets. The host is beyond incredible, offering excellent service and a wonderful experience in Rhodes. I will definitely come back!

It was quite enough and clean. Walking distance to everything from the location. We were very pleased. The host was friendly and polite. I would recommend it to anyone.

First of all, I would like to thank Özge and Müge. They were very interested from the beginning of the process. As for the house, we stayed as 5 friends and we loved it. The 😍 house was clean, the sheets smelled good, so we were very comfortable. The view from the terrace, the sunset was magnificent 👌🏼 Since Söğüt is a small place, we walked to the beach and got down in 1 minute. We both used the beaches and took night walks. It is very comfortable to visit because it is small. If I were to stay in Söğüt again, I would definitely prefer this place again ☺️

The house was as shown in the pictures. The city is quickly reached by car and many different beaches can be easily visited by car. The host is very friendly and always responded quickly to questions. I can definitely recommend the house.

Such an incredible location. We loved all the quaint back alley walkways. The bazaar was super close and there were so many awesome restaurants to choose from right on your doorstep!

had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home in Marmaris. The house is modern, very well taken care of, and feels just like home. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a clean and stylish bathroom, and a lovely open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen — everything you could possibly need is there. But what truly sets this place apart is the view. Absolutely breathtaking. From the windows and the terrace, you can see the sea stretching out endlessly. It’s hands down the best view in the city — peaceful, panoramic, and perfect for morning coffee or evening tea. A special thanks to Mr. Irfan, who made the experience even better. He stayed in touch with us constantly, sent a clear video showing exactly how to reach the home and where to park the car, and kept checking in until we arrived safely. Throughout our stay, he was always available, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re visiting Marmaris this is the place to be in for sure

During our stay, Ms. Merve and her husband were very caring, they even offered us a sightseeing guide. The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the center, but it was not a problem for us, it was even better to have the house in a quiet place. It is a suitable house for those who want to have a active holiday and visit the city, the amenities of the house were sufficient as we were out all day in general. Ms. Merve and her family were staying on the upper floor of the house, they are easily accessible in case of any need. Once the entrance of the house is through the garden, it's good to know😊 In summary, we did not have any problems with the house or the hosts, thank you again:)

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

I stayed at more airbnb apartment but never found it this clean. Everything was perfect. The airconditioning was a life saver. What is also nice is the location. You’re at the beach in 2 min walk, everything else is also walking distance. To discover the beautiful island i recommend renting a car. Marilena is perfect in communication and reply’s in the best way possible. Also the kitchen is perfect. The fridge is huge and i loved to cook in the apartment. I really recommend this place 😁

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. This place is great for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rhodes. This place is where all the fun and magic happen. This place is full of energy as the nightlife, clubs, bars and restaurants are vibrant. If you stay here you won’t be bored as there are so many places just steps away from your place to explore. Highly recommend this place for any guest looking to party and have a good time in Rhodes. ♥️ Our host was also amazing and so responsive. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Where to begin. They said it was "a little piece of luxury" They were not kidding. By far the best Airbnb apartment we have stayed in, with the most responsive helpful host. Directions were perfect and easy to follow and Paulos was there with a friend to greet us and help us upstairs with our luggage, even though we arrived late, around 11pm. Complimentary wine and beer to welcome us. The apartment is stunning. From the huge, so comfortable Sealy bed to the pristine, modern fitted kitchen, beautiful bathroom, with rainforest shower, soft towels and bathrobes. Instant hot running water throughout. TVs in lounge and bedroom, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. Comfortable lounge. Doors to terrace from bedroom and lounge. The terrace is huge and stunning and hot spa and the sun all day. So central for everything. Beach, restaurants, bars and Old Town. Paulos was so attentive. Text every day to check we were OK. Great tips in welcome brochure. Superb value. Highly recommend.
