Holiday rentals with a patio in Selca

Ivana's apartment is a paradise where you can leave all your worries behind. Relaxing in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset with this beautiful view is incredible! This apartment has everything you need (including towels, bathrobes etc.). It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Another great feature of this apartment is the grill near the roof terrace. We really enjoyed cooking dinners there and enjoying the sea view while eating. You can also park your car on the premises, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Thanks to Ivana, our stay was relaxing and carefree. She is always active and responsive. Words can’t describe the view. We looked out over the Adriatic Sea and watched sailboats pass by. The windows opened to the sea view so we opened to let the breeze come in. The location is about 20 minutes from the main square. Not a bad trek for us, but difficult for anyone with a mobility issue. Host was extremely responsive. Immediate response to any questions. And great local recommendations.

Mirjana lejlighed i Omiš var totalt luksus og virkelig lækker. Der er ikke en finger at sætte på noget. Det fungerede fantastisk med de to forbundne lejligheder - både for en familie som os med store teenagere og for to familier på ferie sammen. Den gamle restaurant lige under lejligheden er anbefalelsesværdig - virkelig lækker mad, super betjening og ikke dyrt.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marija’s apartment!  Her welcoming and professional approach was evident from the very start. She was incredibly responsive and helpful prior to my arrival as well as during my short stay; she provided me with timely updates regarding transport connections and making sure I had everything I needed especially at the arrival in the early hours of the morning.  The apartment was impeccably clean , beautifully designed, with a magnificent view in a location that is otherworldly ( note, this is a small fishing village and being respectful towards the locals, Adriatic Sea and the surrounding pine tree forest is of the utmost importance). I absolutely loved having my morning coffee on the terrace with the view of the sea, islands and the mountain of Biokovo.Beach is right at your doorstep and, not only that, but you are just a walking distance from so many beautiful bays where you can relax and and embrace the beauty of this truly special place. Fabulous second stay at Carstens apartment! This accommodation is spotless, well equipped and peaceful. Carsten is an extremely helpful host, answering any questions which we had and checking in to ensure that we had everything that we needed! Thank you for another great stay ☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend und alle Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, in der Küche ist alles zu finden. Die Lage ist super und man erreicht den Strand auf kurzem Weg. Der Pool liegt perfekt eingebettet im grünen Außenbereich, es gibt viele kleine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Wir waren insgesamt für 2 Wochen in Biankas Unterkunft und hatten einfach einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Zwar waren die Restaurants und der Markt im Ort noch nicht geöffnet, da wir scheinbar kurz vor Saisonstart dort waren, aber größere Supermärkte waren mit dem Mietwagen schnell erreicht und die Küche in der Unterkunft ist so gut ausgestattet, dass man auch einfach zuhause kochen kann. Eine super Kaffeemaschine gibt es ebenfalls - der Morgenkaffee auf der kleinen Terrasse mit Blick aufs mehr war unschlagbar. :) Zum Kieselstrand sind es 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bergab geht’s fix, der Rückweg steil bergauf ist dann ein kleines Workout, aber sehr gut machbar. Wir haben über die Zeit mehrere Strandabschnitte genutzt und waren immer alleine. Bianka hat auf sämtliche Fragen blitzschnell und sehr lieb reagiert und zwischendurch auch proaktiv gefragt, ob alles okay ist oder etwas benötigt wird. Insgesamt also 10/10 empfehlenswert! :)

Vi var tre kvinnor som bodde i detta fina boende. Omgivningarna var så otroligt vackra och det var mycket fridfullt. Vi grillade en hel del i utegrillen och dagen efter så hade Petars pappa städat undan askan. Han var även generös med lokala gåvor såsom fikon, körsbär, sallad, vin, som vi njöt av. Petar svarade alltid snabbt på våra meddelanden och var till stor hjälp, alltid trevlig ton och tillmötesgående. Vi fick tips om både badställen, matbutiker mm. Vi vill varmt rekommendera detta boende och värdskapet. Och vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Ivans Haus liegt ruhig, privat und umgeben von Bergen in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und zudem modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super. Der Außenbereich verspricht Urlaubsfeeling pur. Vogelgezwitscher, ein Whirlpool zur Entspannung, der insbesondere unter dem Sternenhimmel ein Highlight ist, Sonnenliegen und ein atemberaubender Blick in die Berge. Was will man mehr. Ivan ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben hat, wie z.B. das Naturreservat Biokovo mit dem Skywalk. Wanderwege sind ebenfalls in der Umgebung vorhanden. Split und Dubrovnik eignen sich als Tagesausflüge. Die ersten Strände sind etwa 35 Minuten entfernt. In der Nachbarschaft lebt eine ältere Dame mit ihren zwei süßen Hunden. Sie ist ebenfalls sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Ana und ihre Familie sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Sie kümmern sich, fragen immer nach ob alles gut ist oder einem was fehlt. Eines Abends hat Anas Vater sogar frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbeigebracht. Außerdem wurden wir einmal zum Essen in deren eigenen Restaurant eingeladen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Gemeinschaft mit ihnen schön. Ausstattungsmäßig ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Sogar mehr als erwartet. Die Lage ist super schön. Es ist ruhig und man ist privat für sich. Der eigene Pool war für uns das Highlight. Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Vila Iko und würden es nur jedem weiter empfehlen 😍😍

We had the most wonderful stay at Teraunah. The house and surroundings are perfect - everything has been thought through and designed to perfection. It had everything we wanted and more, with lots of beautiful stylish touches that made it relaxing and calm. It feels private and remote, yet you are short drive to beautiful historic towns and so many beautiful bays with clear waters to swim in. Neda and Adnan were friendly, helpful, responsive and provided a great welcome pack. We all (kids aged 9 and 12) loved it and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Neda and Adnan, you have created the most perfect peaceful haven 🌈

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

Everything was so nice with this place! The house’s owner was Marko’s dad and he was very helpful, friendly with everything. He checked us in and gave us simple helpful instructions, he also prepared a fruit plate and 2 beers for our arrival, that was already the cutest! He invited us for wines and checked on us if everything was good. We also had a really nice breakfast in his place one morning. He made this experience better. The house is very modern and tidy, everything was very clean. You have a personal parking spot for yourself and the house has 2 terrace with incredible views. Thank you for everything, sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Vår vistelse på boendet var fantastisk, väldigt välstädat och trivsamt! Köket var mycket bra utrusat med allt vi behövde för att laga mat. Nära till flera stränder och strandpromenaden var väldigt fin! Marija var väldigt hjälpsam som värd!
