In the large garden (6,000 m²), you will find olive trees, oleander, and seating areas. The Côte d'Azur, is a 45-minute drive away.

This is the 1st floor of a charming and bright house divided into 2 apartments: the top and the bottom. Your private apartment is the top one: - independent entrance, - 2 bedrooms, - 1 living room with fireplace, - 1 small bathroom, - 1 kitchen - 1 terrace that offers a nice view. I live with my daughter and our cat in the lower part. We will share the garden (1600 m2), pool (summer), trampoline and swings if we are there. Your terrace is private.

Air-conditioned Provencal bastide of 250M2 with 4000M2 of enclosed land, landscaped garden electric gate. 5 BEDROOMS including one on the ground floor with its bathroom. HEATED POOL from 15 May to 30 SEPTEMBER, with a large waterslide. Secure children's playground with playhouse, toys and a table tennis table.
