Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting the centre of Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this accommodation and for the city!

A meeting full of flavors I found Jean-Pierre at the same time a little wild and very hospitable. A little wild by its adventurous side, a bit like a Robinson Crusoe in the middle of its forest. And at the same time very hospitable by all the care he puts at our disposal: wood fires, jacuzzi... About the living environment - very nice volumes - cozy vibes - services ranging from AB to TB We didn't know each other and immediately the flow passed as if we had been old childhood friends. We had a nice time together nibbling about our lives and remaking the world. Thank you Jean-Pierre.

Excellent stay, self check-in. Ideally located accommodation, quiet and secluded but 15-20 minutes from the centre of Angers. 15 minutes from Terra Botanica. Very clean and very well equipped. i recommend it.

The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

Very nice experience. The cottage is located on a large estate, well maintained, green and flowery. It's really soothing, especially for us Parisians. The cottage was clean, the bedding was great, all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Very welcoming 😊 A barbecue is available. Pool of the right size, well maintained and above all heated!!! Great welcome by the host when we arrived despite the secure key box! Warm and pleasant! She is available for any questions and is quite flexible with schedules. We can't thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality... We really plan to come back as soon as possible! Happy hosting 😊

A sweet house with a nice garden!

Every detail had been thought out so well by Laurence and Jean Marie, the cottage was spotless, modern and comfortable. We visited Angers and Nantes as well as little towns such as Ingrandes sur Loire and enjoyed the holiday very much. We were very impressed by the area and particularly the lovely gite.

This was a FANTASTIC stay! We loved the natural beauty around, and it was such a great value. Would definitely come back!

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
