The apartment turned out to be in accordance with the photos and description; there is everything you need for your stay, it is extremely clean and tidy. Alice is a very helpful, precise and punctual person. Her presence at check-in was very much appreciated, with advice on how to best enjoy the stay and the area; the shops and supermarket are very close. Ideal location for courses at the Auditorium, within walking distance. Super recommended accommodation!

I'm happy to rate Silvia's place because everything was perfect. The apartment is really nice, new and well-kept decor, brand new bathroom, very comfortable, very pleasant terrace. The cleanliness is impeccable. Silvia takes special care of both the house and the guests. Always present but always discreet. I would be happy to come back.
