It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 8 beds with 4 bathrooms as well as a splendid living area and a beautiful patio in front of the private pool where you can spend your days and evenings in tranquility, enjoying a portion of the sea view. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
