Hello, we are renting our studio adjoining our house which has its own independent entrance. Located in a haven of peace in the center of Guemene. You can enjoy the large flowery yard as well as the swimming pool if the outside temperatures allow it. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as the necessary kitchenware and breakfast. Deckchairs are available as well as a table and chairs to eat outside. Note that the size of the accommodation is in line with the price displayed but you will be at your ease and we are at your disposal for any need. We have a small 11 kg dog who does not bite, just a big cuddle lover, the breed can be specified in a private message, you will understand...

Breton stone house with on the ground floor: dining area, kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove and shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (140 x 190) and 1 with two single beds (90 x 190). The rate varies depending on the number of guests, please indicate the correct number of people. To set the price, I took into account the amount of your travel expenses and tourist tax. The house has no exterior but is located in a quiet alley on the GR route.

Two bedrooms in the heart of a farm

The accommodation is located in the heart of a farm where we raise cattle. On the ground floor, you will find a very rustic and unrenovated room with a lounge area and kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shower room. If you are travelling by bike, it is possible to store it in a dedicated room. We are located 7 minutes from Cléguérec, where all amenities are located. Pontivy is 15 minutes away. You are 1 hour from Vannes, Lorient and Saint-Brieuc.
