Holiday houses in Seggiano

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui. Casa bellissima con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La Signora è stata super gentile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua e latte in frigo e una super torta fatta da lei per colazione. Pulizia a livelli top. La zona è molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono supermercati, bar, farmacie. Facile raggiungere il centro di Perugia in macchina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo come se fossimo a casa. Dovessimo ritornare a Perugia non avrei dubbi: ritornerei sicuramente qui.

This place is an absolute gem! It was so breathtakingly beautiful, that we tried to delay our flights and stay longer! Every single family member was lovely! It truly did feel like home. My husband and I cannot wait to come back and bring family with us too. There simply aren't any words to describe how much we loved our time at Peruzzo!

L’appartamento è super confortevole e in una posizione eccellente. È esattamente come appare in foto ed abbiamo apprezzato il tocco natalizio dato il periodo. Siamo arrivati con i termosifoni accesi e casa calda, una coccola che non ci aspettavamo. Michela è stata da subito disponibile e gentile nel fornirci le indicazioni. Ottimo il pass per il parcheggio. Consigliatissimo!!

Tania’s place is impeccable. My mother - who owns a travel agency and has traveled all over the worth staying in hotels and airbnbs - called it 6 out of 5 stars. The house is beautifully renovated with great eye for detail, which is unusual for Italy. The view from the terrace is something else. We didn’t even want to eat out since we didn’t want to miss out on the view. Tania is very kind and responsive. She lives downstairs to the apartment but she was very respectful of our privacy - for example when using her pool. Note she uses an Airtag on the house key to locate your whereabouts, but this didn’t bother us since the aim was to respect our privacy when we where there. We loved every minute of our stay here and would definitely come back.
