Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the views! The apartment comes equipped with everything you could need. The pool area was very relaxing with many sun beds and umbrellas. Katia is a wonderful host and was very friendly and helpful with all questions and requests we had. We would definitely stay again in the beautiful location. Thank you Katia for such a wonderful time!

Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Unser Aufenthalt war großartig. Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung, in der man sich sofort heimisch fühlt. Lujana hat uns lieb empfangen & war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Stadt Trogir ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schönen Erinnerungen ❤️

Es war ein herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Neda und ihr Mann haben uns fortwährend unterstützt, kleine Tips gegeben und sich rührend während des Aufenthalts - ohne aufdringlich zu sein - um uns gekümmert! Ein rundum schöner Urlaub in einem zweckmäßigen, sauberen und gut riechenden Apartment mit ausreichender Ausstattung und gepflegten Möbeln. Der täglich gereinigte kleine Pool war eine super schöne Abkühlung am Abend. Die liebevollen kleinen Gesten - wie zwischendurch frische Handtücher - rundeten alles für uns ab. Danke - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Toni – zuerst im Penthouse mit Whirlpool, dann eine Etage tiefer in der größeren Wohnung. Beide Unterkünfte waren sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, die Aussicht top. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, Toni hat uns freundlich empfangen, Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten und das Haus ausführlich gezeigt. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool und der Gemeinschaftspool waren super – überall konnte man ungestört entspannen. Der Parkplatz war gut erreichbar, und dank des privaten Wegs über Tonis Grundstück war man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ohne diesen Weg hätte man deutlich länger gebraucht. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. In Tonis Airbnb fühlt man sich wie zu Hause – es ist an alles gedacht, und Toni sorgt dafür, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Es war soweit alles super. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Nicht so schön:Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück, Kohlenmonoxid auf Terrasse am Pool durch Schornstein der Nachbarn, Pool nicht beheizt, sehr steile Auffahrt zum Grundstück. Man braucht ein Auto. Trotzdem kommen wir gern wieder. Es war eine schöne Woche. Danke.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und durch Gym, Pool und Parkplatz, war alles abgedeckt. Man braucht unbedingt Auto um in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Kommunikation mit Slaven war reibungslos, er hat schnell reagiert und war hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

The best Airbnb I've stayed in. The villa was flawless, and exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent, with near instant responses from both the Airbnb booking company, and our amazing host Ružica. Ružica was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond, being very flexible for checking-in and out. The location was very convenient, and while easier with a car, you could definitely get by without. There’s a nice beach a short walk away, a few different restaurants along the coast, and Trogir and Split airport are only 10 minutes away. The house itself is well equipped with everything you could need including: beach towels, bath robes, wine fridge, coffee & ice machines, BBQ and all rooms had an ensuite, individually controlled AC, and super king beds (two separable singles). All the rooms are stunning, the house was clean and well organised. Finally, the gorgeous pool, with a constant depth of around 150cm, that fits everyone at once - we wish we had more time there to enjoy it.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de woning van Borka. Bij aankomst werden we warm en erg gastvrij verwelkomd door Borka en haar partner. Ze hadden veel leuke en originele tips voor activiteiten in de buurt. De woning zelf was brandschoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Locatie was ideaal, net buiten de drukte, maar op loopafstand van meerdere stranden, de boukevard van Okrug Gornji en een supermarkt. In de buurt is er mooie natuur en zijn er leuke bezoekjes aan steden of dorpen te brengen (eventueel met de boot), zoals Trogir en Split. Een aanrader voor iedereen!

The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

Die Unterkunft war noch viel besser, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Sie war super ausgestattet und lag wirklich direkt am Meer (mit eigenem Gartentürchen auf die Strandpromenade). Man war in 2 Minuten an einem schönen Strand mit zwei Beach Bars und auf der anderen Seite in 10 Minuten nicht nur am zentralen Busbahnhof, sondern auch auf Trogir-Insel, einem tollen Markt und einem Supermarkt. Man hatte es etwas ruhiger, war aber auch sofort überall, wo man hinwollte, und kam auch ohne Auto gut rum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Annka und ihre Familie waren super hilfsbereit und total nett, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder (Trogir ist auch einfach wunderschön) und würden uns exakt für die gleiche Unterkunft wieder entscheiden!

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Ottima esperienza, la casa è bellissima e molto pulita. La terrazza magnifica e l’host Andreja si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto velocemente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Spiagge bellissime nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo!

Jasmina and Patrick are the best. Very friendly and helpful and the 2 dogs, the best. Studio apartment was perfect for my wife and I but there are larger apts if you have a bigger group. Right across the street from the beach, lounge chairs available to use (the vendors in the beach charge 10€!!). Plenty of restaurants and bars, sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend Okrug Gornji as a destination and you have to stay with Jasmina at 31!!!

We had a lovely stay in this tiny house. It has a large terrace that overlooks the beautiful bay. What a treat to start your day with a breakfast in such a gorgeous setting! And to end it with the sunset in front of you and a nice drink in your hand. Need I say more? The house itself is not large, but has everything you need. And who wants to sit inside anyways when there is so much to see and do? The bay is just a few steps down the stairs, go for a hike on the island or just hop over to Trogir or Split. Both cities are a short drive away and surely worth a visit. The road leading to the house is quite tight and narrow. If possible, rent a small car. We visited just before the holiday season started so there was not much traffic. Some may consider driving backwards on a dirt road with stone walls on both sides an adventure, others may not. An absolute recommendation for anybody looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Great space and base to explore Trogir & Split from. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the balcony was a lovely place to sit out and watch the world go by. The apartment is a great location for walking into Trogir. Only a 10 minute walk mostly on the promenade next to the sea and you have a pick of fabulous places to eat in the historic old part of Trogir.
