Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seferihisar

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 large rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, where 2 couples could easily stay, with their own toilet and bathroom. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

First of all, Nina…. she may be the sweetest dog I've ever seen… we hardly left her… The house is great, especially the patio is very enjoyable. All the amenities are available inside, we didn't even go out for a few evenings, we just sat and enjoyed. The projection in the bedroom is a very nice idea, it creates a great ambiance. I have no other comments to make, we will meet again in July :) We are pleased to know that Mr. Ali's communication is very good, and we are glad that we chose this place.

It was a wonderful experience. It is a great comfort to leave the kitchen and swim in the sea for a holiday with children. We found all the equipment my baby, who started eating solid food, needed in the kitchen.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

The location is 800 meters from the sea, there are markets on the beach and a bakery, etc. 3 km away, a quiet and peaceful house, I recommend it to everyone

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

Ms. Seda was extremely friendly and understanding enough to heat the house before she arrived because she was children. We made our stay comfortable. A place in a beautiful location where you can sleep and wake up in silence and we can recommend it to everyone.

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is decorated very authentically. We had a great time for 2 days. The host was very helpful, thank you. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

The best bnb flat I've stayed in in Turkey. Furkan was also an architect. He took care of every corner of the house. He hosted us very well. I was blown away by his energy. Good thing we stayed in this house and got to know him.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

Ms. Dilara and Mr. Mert are so hospitable and warm that you are definitely welcomed as guests, not customers. The house♥️ is extremely useful and enjoyable, you should take your fly repellent, remembering that you are in a forest, but you should definitely come 😄😻 a wonderful house that meets all kinds of needs. thanks again 🌞
