We're a group of 7 from different parts of Europe, and every one of us said "wow" when we entered the place. VERY spacious, every room has ensuites, great kitchen (one of us is a professional cook) and a beautiful orchard connected to the property. We used the pool (it's connected to a home that occasionally as the host's family but that is 100% usable day or night). You must have a car as taxis don't easily come out, but there's ample parking. The host was super friendly and we had long multi-hour chats about his very interesting life. 100% recommended.

It was really enjoyable to stay here The house was as clean, tidy as it appeared in the photos, and prepared with everything we needed in mind. The furniture was cozy and the decoration created a warm atmosphere which made our stay even more comfortable. The house is located in a calm and peaceful area. The fact that it was away from the noise of the city was ideal for relaxing, but also convenient in terms of transportation to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very caring and welcoming. She was quick to respond to our questions and helped with everything. Also, thank you for the surprise in the fridge, it was a nice touch. Overall, we were very satisfied during our time here. Thanks to the comfort of the house and the attention of the host, we had a pleasant stay. We are planning to come back in the coming period.

Namely, it should definitely be a car because it is not within walking distance of places such as the beach-bazaar, etc. The host has already stated this. It was a stay we had with our daughters aged 14-17, which can be boring so much calm for that age group. If possible, just stay with your partner or friends. It's a calm environment for total peace of mind. When I compare the prices of food and drink out with a very affordable Bodrum-Fethiye. There is a patisserie next to 2-3 shops in the bazaar, I can't remember the name, but I recommend eating it from there. What I can say about the house is exactly as you can see in the pictures,clean and tidy. Quiet, I think the only problem is the smell of the drain in the bathroom, unfortunately, I think it's the basic problem of the area The host is very friendly. The hosts were very friendly, the house was as shown and very clean. The kitchen and the house had everything we needed. The garden was very nice, we had a pleasant time.

Our second stay here and just as wonderful. Macit is extremely friendly, the accommodation is very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. We highly recommend this experience. We practically guarantee you’ll feel at home.

If you want to have a peaceful getaway in touch with nature, Ms. Nühal's house is definitely the right address! Although we didn't have a car, he picked us up from the bus station and showed a great example of hospitality. Thanks to its friendly face and sincerity, we felt more like a host than a guest. The location of the house was incredibly enjoyable to wake up in the heart of nature with the sounds of birds. The cleanliness, comfort, and calmness of the environment were excellent. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to take a short getaway and relax their soul with peace of mind. 🌿✨

We are so great with evetything

Fatih and his parents (Sabri bey and his mother) are incredible and amazing hosts! They were extremely accommodating with our travel delays and provided detailed information about things to do around Urla. The listing is very accurate and few mins from downtown Urla, but you do need a car to get around. We had tons of fun playing with the cats, hanging out by the fire place, exploring Urla and enjoying numerous gifts from our hosts. We highly recommend sincap evi, and hope to return soon (especially during early spring -- our activities were a little limited because of winter).
