It has a beautiful garden, a patio suitable for barbecuing and a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a toilet. The house is designed in a very stylish and tasteful way in general. The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla centre is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing – I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every aspect, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

First of all, Nina…. she may be the sweetest dog I've ever seen… we hardly left her… The house is great, especially the patio is very enjoyable. All the amenities are available inside, we didn't even go out for a few evenings, we just sat and enjoyed. The projection in the bedroom is a very nice idea, it creates a great ambiance. I have no other comments to make, we will meet again in July :) We are pleased to know that Mr. Ali's communication is very good, and we are glad that we chose this place.

It was a stay that far exceeded what I expected. Thank you so much for Mr. Mert and his wife. Nature is beautiful, you can drink your coffee and chat while rabbits pass in front of you among the mulberry trees. The house is bigger and more comfortable than it appears in the pictures. The hosts are very caring people. They respond to questions quickly. Although there are minor shortcomings, I am sure they will be resolved as soon as possible. I would love to go back.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... Thank you Ms. Asli and I hope to see you again....

There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

I am a guest for the second time this month in a place that I enjoy so much. I feel at home here now. A very friendly and peaceful house, Mr. Şükrü is incredibly helpful and thoughtful as always. He prepared everything before we arrived. Transportation is very comfortable, the air is clean, the sunset on the terrace is unique. We can walk to the sea in 3 minutes in the most beautiful area of Urla. I am very lucky to have discovered this place. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Şükrü. I hope we did not disturb you. The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is decorated very authentically. We had a great time for 2 days. The host was very helpful, thank you. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

There is a very nice atmosphere. The atmosphere of the house is beautiful, the terrace view is beautiful, the naturalness of the garden is beautiful. The most beautiful thing is that even the detail of the prayer rug is an indication of the value it has. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

Super host and super nice and humble family! Do not aspect any luxury. Its a real Turkish 🇹🇷 Local home humble to the heart. It just like the pictures. I refer again do not aspect luxury. Toilet is a classic humble Turkish style. If you like real experiences don’t think twice! The views are amazing and sun set can make your day 🌞 Plenty of friendly cats 🐈 just outside the building. They might come and ask for food as I feed them for 12 days! If you don’t like cats don’t blame the host!!!
