A cozy little bedroom with a private bathroom and entrance on the ground floor. A coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer if needed. For an extra charge, there is a washer and dryer. We provide mineral water and reading material. We cook American/ Scandinavian breakfast, when weather permit's outside on the terrace. We have 1 free parking place. We will accept some types of dogs upon approval. There`s ceiling fan when it's hot, but the room stays quite cool.

We rent our very small studio (13 sqm) with private entrance for one or two persons. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST. The bed (140 x 200 cm) can be converted into a sofa with one handle in no time. Wi-Fi, a writing space, a TV and a patio seating area are available. A private shower/toilet, linens with terry cloths, hair dryer and hair shampoo are available. There is a simple and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee maker available.

Located 15 minutes walk from the Vue-des-Alpes, this generous and bright space will be happy to welcome small groups or families. The multipurpose living room overlooking the Alps allows you to organize courses, seminars or family parties (capacity 40 people).
