The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Gelegen im Herzen der historischen Alpenstadt Bad Reichenhall befindest du dich in hervorragender Ausgangslage für deinen nächsten Wander-, Entspannungsurlaub. Das Apartment befindet sich im 9. Stock und bietet damit einen atemberaubenden Blickt über den Bad Reichenhaller Talkessel, eingerahmt von Hochstaufen, Untersberg und Predigtstuhl. Neben anderen Attraktionen, wie zum Beispiel der Rupertus Therme, ist die malerische Altstadt Bad Reichenhalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Center of Mondsee is 10 minutes walk (1,5km) , the city of Salzburg 25 min. by car or 45 min. by bus line 140 Parking available.

Our accommodation is located between Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. You'll love our place because of the absolute tranquility at the end of a dead end road. As a starting point for hikes, but also for cultural events in Salzburg, Marktschellenberg is ideally located. And the garden and sauna (for a fee of 40 euros) have high relaxation value.
