Holiday rentals with a fire pit in See District

We loved this place so much! Beautiful house (perfect size for 2 people) and garden. The surrounding area is just wonderful! It gets very quiet at times and very dark at night, it took me personally 1-2 days to adjust. Getting there was a bit difficult since we had to rely on public transport. We took the funicular up to Macolin and then used a taxi service based in Biel to take us to the house (80 CHF). From Macolin we think it is most advisable to take the road / path called "Prés de Macolin Derrière". If you were to walk it would probably take you 1h+. The hosts were very responsive which was greatly appreciated.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Portalban; à proximité des plages, des 3 lacs, des randonnées; et point de départ idéal pour visiter de nombreux et remarquables sites Suisse (Gruyères, Le Creux du Van, Avenches, Morat, Berne, Soleure, La Chaux-de-Fond...) Le chalet est au calme, proche de la nature; (nous avons souvent eu la visite d'un renard); en bordure de la Roselière. Great location! Amazing and beautiful surroundings. The apartment was very clean, cosy and had all the amenities. The hosts are super friendly, nice and responsive. The only challenge was when we cleaned the apartment at checkout, because there was no vacuum cleaner and we had to use the broom to sweep the floor and with the vacuum cleaner it would have been much faster and easier.

Wir durften im heimeligen Chalet von Patricia eine Woche verbringen. Der See ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Perfekt für uns, auch mit den Kindern.

Es war wunderschön, bei Sonnenschein oder regnerischem Wetter! Tolle Aussicht, liebevoll eingerichtet und ganz einfach toll und sehr erholsam 😊

Wir waren als Familie zu Besuch. Alle haben sich direkt heimelig-Wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin wart stets freundlich, flexibel und proaktiv. Die Unterkunft hat super Charme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Damien in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, mit Gewürzen, Geschirr und Basis- Lebensmitteln, sogar ein kleiner persönlicher Gruß von Damien war vorhanden! :-) Das Bad ist ebenfalls super schön und sehr sauber! Wir waren mit einem Auto da und konnten so alles sehr entspannt erreichen, ohne Auto sind einzelne Fußwege etwas länger, aber auch kein Problem. Sowohl das Wohnviertel als auch die Stadt sind sehr schön und ruhig! Damien ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mieszkanie w pelni wypowyposażone we wszystko, co mogłoby być potrzebne. Zapewniona cisza, prywatność, piękne widoki, trasy spacerowe w okolicy. Jednak trzeba wiedziec, że mieszkanie jest położone dość wysoko w górach, więc jest tam chłodniej o kilka stopni niż na dole. Kilkanaście kilometrów do najbliższego miasta i sklepu. Na pewno tam wypoczniesz i zaznasz kontaktu z przyrodą. Przepiękny widok na góry i gwiazdy!

Bernhard is a great host, extremely helpful and friendly, very responsive. He has been very arranging with us. The flat was clean, nothing to complain about, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable with nice and fresh bed linens. The flat is nice and simple, like on the pictures, we felt home and it was a plus for our holidays. In addition, the surroundings were very quiet during the night. When we are visiting Bienne in the future, we will first try our chance renting Bernhard's flat before checking any other options. Thanks again Bernhard for your welcome!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was very clean and had everything I needed – from the kitchen to the bathroom, everything was well-equipped. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. She even made fresh buns for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. She made sure to guide us about everything and was always available if we had any questions. Highly recommended!

Magali und David sind die freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann. Immer hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Highlight war der Grillabend mit Wein und heimischen Rindersteak. Vielen Dank Euch beiden und alles Gute bei Eurem Projekt!

Wir haben uns bei Rudolf sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Er bot uns sogar an den Ofen einzuheizen. Es gab ein Willkommensdrink und eine sehr freundliche Einführung in die Wohnung. Obwohl wir erst recht spät am Abend ankamen war es kein Problem für ihn. Ein toller Mensch und super Gastgeber. Gerne wieder:-)

Très belle cabane, tant les enfants que les adultes ont apprécié. La limite d'eau chaude a été gérable. Les lits sont parfois très haut pour des enfants, à avoir en tête selon l'âge des groupes. Cabane bien équipé et accueil agréable.

Sehr gemütliches Blockhaus mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Chantal ist super nett und kennt alle Berge im Umkreis 😄

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in jullie huis. Eerst en vooral het huis zelf: zo mooi, rustgevend, smaakvol ingericht en erg gezellig. We voelden ons er meteen thuis en ook onze kinderen hebben er uren gespeeld. En dan dat uitzicht, ik kan me niet voorstellen dat dit ooit went. Daarnaast is het ook een supermooie streek, elk uitstapje waren we weer verwonderd van de schoonheid van de streek. Het was echt een hele geslaagde vakantie! We komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Five Stars!!! This is the 2nd time we book this place as extremely perfect for large groups! It is surrended by green and very close to the city. A BBQ spot is in the air also 😎😎😎

What an amazing place! We were two families with a total of five kids between 2 and 12 years, and we felt right at home. We could really unwind and deconnect, reconnect with the pure nature around us and imagine ourselves in the time this beautiful cabin was built, well before mobile phones, social media and work emails. The chalet is very authentic and really well equipped, even for the a group of 9 people that we were. Kitchen and bathrooms are not brandnew, but everything was very functional and super clean. Access to the place is easy, we came with two cars, but we could have parked up to four cars easily. The village of Les Mosses has not a great number of restaurants to offer, but there are some beautiful mountain restaurants you can hike to. And we went to Gstaad as well, which is just 30 minutes away. Sanne was a lovely host, always responsive and friendly. Thank you Sanne for letting us stay at this wonderful place!

This house was wonderful! So cozy and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. Erich was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Felt just like home – perfect for a relaxing stay. I'd be back! Thank you!

Traumhafter Ort mit bezaubernder Aussicht. Wir waren zu 4 da und es gab bei jedem Wetter viel Rauum zum verweilen & sich zurückziehen. Wir hatten zwei Herausforderungen (Bettwäsche & Heizung), Erich war jedoch zeitnah erreichbar & es konnten Lösungen gefunden werden. Insgesamt ein sehr erholender Aufenthalt in stilvollem & einzigartigen Ambiente!

We spend an amazing week-end! It was so peaceful and beautiful, a full immersion in nature and away from the chaos of the city. The house is as modern as well aligned with the surroundings of nature. Beautiful and full of comfort ^^ The host was always super responsive and gave us great advises on what to do in the surroundings of the little village where we were.
