Suite is attached to the house with a shared front garden and deck. The Kitchenette is small (refer to pictures) but works great for small meals. It is equiped with a sink, toaster oven, one burner, microwave, Mini fridge, electric tea kettle, french press, and cooking and eating utensils. It is close to all amenities and hiking and biking traiils.

The Garden Park Cottage is a small apartment space attached to our home with a private entrance. The wood ceiling and cozy space give it a cottage feel. It is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. The trails for hiking and mountain biking are within walking distance, as well as shopping and good restaurants. This is an owner occupied apartment ( the owner lives on the property ) and it does not take housing options from the working people of Sedona.

Three Pines a literary nod to best selling author Louise Penny. Her characters live in the village of 3 Pines, a sanctuary. This room was created to make you smile. The endearing artwork is the creation of artist Karen Damyanovich. I grew up in the hotel business and in turn created a restaurant, Cafe Ted, a Yoga studio and Daisy Buchnan Designs. 3 Pines is a bit of all my experiences. Smile:). License #21460189.
